Ovarian cancer after bowel cancer?

Half my bowel was removed, and no further treatment was needed. However, since my op, I've suffered months of lower abdominal

Drained and losing weight
Hi hope your all well. Its just a query to see if anyone else has experienced what is going on with me at moment. I have had diarrhoea now for 3 and a half weeks, at first I was obviously told to stop taking lactulose, to see if it would clear up, it didn't. I have had my bloods done and also given

Are they missing me?
Now I am in remission with no tumours what comes through the door but mammogram appointment and bowel cancer screening. Oncologist cheerfully says do the mammogram, - I could still get cancer there. Rang the hospital for the bowel to explain that I haven't got much bowel left after the surgery and hemicolectomy

I am petrified of the bladder biopsy I am about to have..... Can anyone help?
I have been suffering with persistent abdominal pain which has in the past been treated as a uti but in January I managed to see a urologist who upon listening to my tail of woe agreed with me and suggested that I had developed interstitial cystitis. In order to be 100% sure about this, they want me

Hi Everyone! In February of 2014, I was in a bad bike accident and shattered my left wrist. After two botched surgeries with screws and plates put in, I went to another surgeon and had them removed and a partial fusion done. The other side of my wrist is giving me problems. I have been offered a few

Cancer
If i believe some of the things I have read about being Coeliac I would avoid all gluten , but I have read that if we eat anything that we are not suppose to eat we risk bowel cancer, Yet on the Cancer web site I have as much chance getting that with my age and family history more than I have being coeliac

Thyro Gold?
I have been reading a lot lately about Thyro Gold, formulated by the late Dr. John C. Lowe, that is now sold by his widow. The reviews seem very positive, and I have been wondering about the efficacy of bovine thyroid contra porcine thyroid...as the latter is said to be much closer to human thyroid.

Flattened stools?
Hi I'm 19 y/o and scared to death. I had normal shaped bulky stools until about two days ago I got diarrhea. Now I'm constipated and the first solid BM since my diarrhea, I got flat stools which appeared to have 3/4 of it flattened and 1/4 rounded to the end. I'm freaking out. Could this be colon cancer

Menstruation or Blood In Stool?
I'm 19 and pretty healthy. Yesterday I woke up and got my period. When I had my BM in the afternoon, I was shocked to see a little tiny tiny (only visible if you look really closely) streak of red on the surface of the tip of the stool which I'm not even sure if it's blood but it looked like it was painted

Feeling lost
I'm so sick of feeling sick and scared about my health. Everyday its something and I know this isn't caused by anxiety, but I wish it was. I'm so young and have so much to accomplish and achieve before I die. I feel like I have colon cancer and its spreading. I have constipation, blood in my stool, random

I have starting this blog post so many times over the last couple of months but have never really known how to write what I really wanted to say. In truth I have shied away from sharing my thoughts, as my battle with chemotherapy was so much harder than I imagined. For someone who is used to sharing

Flaxseed & IBS
Hi, I think looking back I suffered with undiagnosed IBS as a teenager but grew out of it if that's possible. After a horrible attack back in November and having a scan (I was convinced it was an ovarian cyst) was diagnosed with IBS! I was advised to take Flaxseed every day, but have just read on another
