Side effects of Zytiga?
His hemoglobin is also low (68) ang got a
blood
transfusion
last week. His doctor recommends chemo as next step. Anyone experience the same? Will a chemo helps him? He is a bit hesitant now to try chemo and losing faith. Any advise or recommendation is greatly appreciated.

WHEN YOUR CLINICAL TRIAL FAILS, WHAT DO YOU DO NEXT ?
Thompson called Penn to set an appointment for a
blood
transfusion
. July 5th I had my first ever
blood
transfusion
. It helped a bit but was not the solution. Dr. Svoboda was now in charge of my care , a plan to use Gazyva and a few more transfusions got me through the end of July and August.

is it menopause?
I became very sick and anemic and it was either a
blood
transfusion
every month or an eblasion. I have gotten to the point of horrible night sweats, nightmares, not sleeping, and even lost weight bc I am not eating much.

Beware of Lansoprazole
Last year, during a medical check, it was found that my
blood
count was so low it was almost at needing a
transfusion
level. I was put on Ferrous Fumarate which brought my level up but my ferritin level is still low.

I am going for a biopsy next week to confirm diagnosis. If RT confirmed, then I will be admitted to Upenn for 5 days of intensive

research summary?
Some asked about my own feelings about the most exciting fields in oncology which could bring results. I should take a long moment to sit and summarize all the papers and also to check the moves of bit pharma companies...but right now I cannot (but I might use some AI to do the job soon!). But for not

Iron levels.
Hi . I've had 12 transfusions after internal bleeding and surgery in April. My hb was at 6 before the transfusion. My levels are as below. Is this sufficient or would I still need a supplement. I am weaned off pramipexole now but while is hospital I was given tramacet and that was helping my legs.

arranging iron infusion
Hello, I’m having a remote consultation with Dr Toby Richard’s on Thursday with a view to having an iron transfusion in London on 31st May. I am wondering if other people have experienced any negative reactions / side effects from iron infusions ….. or indeed any really positive results! positive stories

Iron results - what would you do?
In the seemingly endless quest to feel properly well I had a full iron panel done. The last one I had done was 2 years ago, 6 months after an iron transfusion. I've got a bit of a mixed bag here so I'd be grateful for some thoughts. It's getting worse, generally, I'm just not sure if now is the right
