Hi, I'm new here and from the UK, I suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and GAD. I am finding it difficult to try and join a zoom group where people talk about what they suffer with. any suggestions would be appreciated?

How do I stop imagining my abuser is everywhere I go?
My previous counselor flooded me and opened the "bag of worms" about my past trauma without teaching me coping skills for my ptsd. She then wouldn't talk to me because she got too emotional about my past. I was left experiencing horrific side effects of my ptsd. After a few months, I now have a great

Really need some opinions here...
Hi y'all hope you're having a great day!! So I went to a new psychiatrist (last one retired) to talk about starting on medication and since I was there, I decided to ask for a diagnosis (I have obsessive thoughts, tics, social anxiety...) Well... First of all she said she doesn't like to put "tags"

Starting Selenium and Myo-Inositol Today
First: I am not a doctor and did not even go to college. Take my opinions with a grain of salt. Second: This a a PK group, why am I talking about Selenium and Thyroids? I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. People with HT have twice the likelihood of developing PK. I have REMSBD, and I have to admit my sore

First Post/New
Hi all, I am happy to have found the online community. As with all of us, I have been struggling with anxiety/depression for quite awhile. I have had it for going on 20 years but the last year has been crippling. I could not even go outside for a few months and was having several panic attacks a day.

Has anyone else here been diagnosed with
bipolar
disorder
with adhd and generalized anxiety. I don't respond well to normal doses of medication. And I'm so worried about to bipolar part. There are bad stigmas associated with it. And also. Anger. I never get angry. But could it turn into anger,?

Considering NA
I started therapy about 3 or 4 months ago and in this time I have realized something that I was trying not to see: I haven't control over what I consume. I have reached a point where I want to stop and I don't know how. And at the same time I have infinite fear of losing myself, of ceasing to be who

Lovely day was had ,but
I'm thinking its not only depression and anxiety, but a behaviour
disorder
OCD ADHD or
bipolar
?? But my doctor when I ask about getting diagnosed just said let's see about OCD first ?? And I'm to make a list of things I think stand out in my behaviour.

Panic throws rationale out the window
I've had quite a day! I felt on edge last night and eventually got it to fade. When I woke up today I was back to feeling anxious and began to have something of a panic attack just as my therapist called me for our weekly chat. I did not take the time to stop and consider what was going on, rather I

Blowing up because I felt backed into a corner
A little bit of background info- I live in the middle of nowhere, I don't drive, I have PTSD with panic disorder and agoraphobia. I have to rely on the kindness of others to get the most basic things (I haven't gotten my mail in over a month), far too much is out of my control. I had an appointment today

Real Event OCD
With false memory OCD,can it be classified as Real Event OCD if the memory actually feels like it’s something you would do?Does Real Event OCD include intentions? For example(fake example):If I was to have a false memory of me killing a fly yesterday, and in reality I’m the type of person that would actually

When does the worry end?!
Edit: Hi all, I've had my results from the nipt test and they came back as low risk for Downs Syndrome. The waiting for the results was the worst part! Still feeling a little nervous for my 20 week scan but hopefully I can get back to enjoying my pregnancy now. Thank you so much to everyone who responded

Horizant and Burning Mouth Syndrome
Just when you think you’re getting a break…….so the Horizant is helping my RLS and I’m sleeping ok again finally but lately I noticed some BMS, Burning Mouth Syndrome. I had this before for almost a year due to an allergy to dental metals in my mouth. Three dentists told me it wasn’t possible but when
