Research Interview at MGHP3
A part of it too is I’ve been in denial about the possibility of having
Bipolar
Disorder
and that having been a risk factor for having developed PPP but when she reviewed my personal history and family history with me it again became apparent that I probably have BD1 with a history of BD2.

Bipolar Depression
My psychiatrist suspects I have
bipolar
disorder
because I had a psychotic episode that lasted for about a week that she thinks was mania with psychotic features. I was then stable for about 3 months, but then became depressed and am going on being depressed for 7 months now.

Dissociative disorders
anyway, I am wondering, have any of you that had pp/
bipolar
also experienced or been diagnosed with dissociative identity
disorder
? I know it’s fairly common to dissociate with just
bipolar
.

Are there other mums who have never gone back to work years after having PPP
Well I never recovered from ppp and I now live with a diagnosis of
Bipolar
Disorder
. As such I've not been able to hold down a job and work for 20 years. Are there any mums on here who years later are not back in work and at home? If so how do you occupy your time?

Good morning.....I'm feeling a lot of fear today. I'm going up on my Wellbutrin as well as adding Abilify, and I'm super anxious about what it's gonna do to me. I know a lot of you may have similar fears when changing meds.....trying to stay positive and hopeful. Thanks for being there !

anyone ever experience delusions or hallucinations during an episode? I did two years ago, it was really traumatizing and i don’t think I’ve recovered. My doctor tries to reassure me that it was medication induced but I still can’t cope. Any suggestions or tips would be really helpful. I regressed so

worn out
I am just worn out. I have battled anxiety my whole life. I’ve been to several different therapists, psychiatrists, and primary care. They all seem to help at first, but then give up on me. The last med is zoloft and Abilify. I quit the Abilify cause it kept me awake all night. They won’t change me from

Emotional lability is one of my symptoms. It isn't there all the time but shows more when fatigue has increased enough or I have a flare up. I haven't found much information about this at all, basically just stuff saying it involves depression and anxiety. I'm noy depressed or anxious. Mine comes

Did anyone have bilateral salpingectomy before IVF?
both my tubes have hydrosalpinx (the left more severe than the right) and my doctor recommended taking both tubes out before starting ivf. Wanted to see if there are any other women going through the same with bilateral hydrosalpinx

Psychiatrist #2 (update)
I think it went okay this time. Ignoring the anxiety and paranoia that is telling me it didn't, I talked a lot more (and maybe a little too much but I am sure they are used to that from other patients). I am now going on Zoloft, as Wellbutrin was doing super terribly for me. I now am also trying a medicine

Help in understanding drugs in Parkinsons
I've recently been diagnosed with Parkinsons and have been prescribed LevaDopa -1/2 tablet (125mg) 4 times per day. I understand that there are complimentary drugs such MAO-B Inhibitors (such as Selegiline, Rasagiline, and Safinamide) I've done some cursory reseach which indicates that MAO-B inhibitors

Alcohol
Hey it's been a year since my admission for PP and I'm currently down to 2.5mg Olanzapine but 60mg fluoxetine due to depressive episode after my psychosis. I just wondered if anyone has drank alcohol since their psychotic episode and if you were still taking anti-psychotics? I'm away for the weekend

Homocysteine Nutrients
https://www.seekinghealth.com/products/homocysteine-nutrients I really like the sound of this product but I’m concerned about the B vitamins that are missing, namely B3 and B1. It also doesn’t have inositol, choline or biotin, although I don’t know how important they

Elevated Diastolic Blood Pressure & Thyroid?
I’ve read that thyroid issues can increase diastolic blood pressure while systolic remains normal. I’ve been seeing a slight increase / trend with this. Has anyone else seen this and it meant levothyroxine increase needed?
