These pts require marrow
biopsy

Finally, my MO's treatment plan:, no Triplet Therapy. Let's do Eligard, XTANDI, Radiation, XGEVA
I'm also very frustrated that she recommended radiation TWO MONTHS after my first meeting with her where she was shocked that the RO already had a treatment plan even before a bone
biopsy
was done: "she has a plan, before the
biopsy
, how is she sure it's metastatic cancer lesion?'

Update on my father. Triplet therapy?
The results of
biopsy
came - Gleason 7 (4+3) which was not very bad news after hearing PSA number at the diagnosis. The MO gave us the treatment plan of - Casodex, Zoladex, Chemo (Docetaxel) and radiation therapy after that.

LPR? Advice please.
Was refused a check up by a GP ( quote; The NHS don't do those any more. ) but managed to wrangle a gastroscopy by a reckless and arrogant 'medic' and ended up with a hiatus hernia and thrush, then told I did not have Barratt's so she didn't even bother to take a

Raised Ca125 as thyroiditis marker?
She took a uterine
biopsy
and has referred me for another ultrasound. She thought it more likely my thyroiditis and nodules/adenomas are causing the raised Ca125. Anyone come across this before? ENT on Thursday this week to discuss MRI with contrast.

Long Term Hematospermia
I done many tests, including a
biopsy
in jul 20, and PSA tests along the way. Took a very strong antibiotic, which messed up my digestive system, making it slower than it was. Anyway, this this has still not disappeared. It's not painful. Is there anyone else who's had the same/ have the same?

Does anyone know what this means, please? "Perivenular sinusoidal dilation and congestion, with associated collapse"
Hi, I just received a letter with the results of my liver
biopsy
and it shows "perivenular sinusoidal dilation and congestion, with associated collapse, and possible venous outflow obstruction". This isn't what they were looking for and I have absolutely no idea what it means.

Input on GFR decline rate. Stage 3 to 4 progression time.
I havent done
biopsy
as the physician says kidneys are small(ultrasound report). kind of risky. Any other tests that predict root clinical cause? Does MRI help?. Anyone with a small kidney with a size of 8 cm gone through
biopsy
? 3: All my other organ parameters are fine except this kidney one.

Would someone please explain these genome results, as I am confused…
We requested genome sequencing done on the
biopsy
samples The Tumor genomics were an- Oncomine targeted panel with Tier 2 variants in p53 and CDH1 Tier 3 in DNMT3A, HRAS, WT1. What does tier mean? Is there a tier 1? And what does it mean that there are no mutations in tier 1?

I had a 4.2 PSA with a 4+3 Gleason
biopsy
diagnosed 06/20. From the start I have been treated by “the best” in MN. Plan A - was a RP in 07/20.

Kidney biopsy for elevated creatinine
We are at the hospital now getting a
biopsy
due to his rising creatinine levels. I have been so worried that his body is rejecting the new kidney, but after reading these informative posts, I am hopeful and less nervous.

Phone meeting with Urologst
Urologist said by his calculations if it is PC it is not aggressive and could wait 3 months and take another test or do
biopsy
. My 58 year old brother had elevated PSA and did the MRI and
biopsy
in that order and was all clear no PC.
