Mast Cell NHS Consultants?
I get episodes where I can't swallow very well, which led to a gastroscopy showing eosiniphilic oesophagitis and chonic gastritis on
biopsy
. I get periods of abdominal pain and have gained lots of weight that I cannot shift since becoming ill.

NON CIRRHOTIC LIVER DISEASE
Still have to have my blood ammonia levels tested and a liver
biopsy
. Regardless of what
biopsy
reveals, isn’t it fair to say regardless of the cause the effect is the same ? By that I mean a form of portal hypertension is the end result.

Acalabrutinib and Skin Cancers
I began taking Acalabrutinib three years ago as a participant in a clinical trial. I have enjoyed excellent success. However, recently I began breaking out in skin cancer lesions on various parts of the body. Particularly on my legs, ankles and feet. I have been prone to sun damaged skin converting

Update
A study comparing the e9 to
biopsy
found these kpa cut offs: F1 5.7, F2 6.42, F3 7.35, F4 8.87. This would put me at F2/F3. To complicate matters my back molar tooth suddenly crumbled & fell out on Friday night, so it looks like I have a periodontal infection.

NKX3.1 found in liver biopsy
The nkx3.1 was found in a recent liver
biopsy
. What does it tell the oncologist and what treatment would shrink the tumor ? Never heard of it and when looking it up it is confusing as it is in all prostate tumors from what I have read.

I got a call saying I could go into local hospital for my flexy cystoscopy There is a 25 mile difference. My last rigid cystoscopy showed that 5 out of 6 biopsies was low grade, hence the flexy cystoscopy.. I have not long ago finished my 3 x BCG infusions - Have they worked, my flexy cystoscopy

RLS on steroids down one side of my body
Hi everyone, I have had RLS since I was a teenager and am now in my 50s. I have long periods of time where I don't have any symptoms (thank God!) However, there are times when it feels as if there's a long cord or nerve from just under my ear down into my shoulder blade and then on that same side of

Very slow start getting treatment and diagnosis
Should my dad get a
biopsy
before the pet scan? Should he/can he start hormone therapy asap? Any guidance? I’m worried sick and it’s so painful waiting around.

Bring PSA from 6.7 to 3.1 in 4 weeks by pure water fast (3wks) and vegan diet (1 wk).
After receiving my PSA results, and getting MRI and CAT scans, my
Biopsy
revealed cancer in 7/18 samples. Tumour size varied from 0.5mm - 5mm. Gleeson score 3+4=7. Prognosis: Intermediate stage prostate cancer. offered a choice between a prostatectomy or radiation.

advice required from the wonderful people on this site.
Have been told I have nodules on my thyroid and lymph nodes on my chest, waiting to get an appointment for
biopsy
to be done. Saw an endocrinologist privately, she advised going back to NHS to get tests done. On the two week pathway.

My initial MRI and wait time for biopsy
I have an MRI fusion targeted
biopsy
scheduled in late May. Is the waiting period for this lesion appropriate? Being seen at University of Wisconsin Hospitals and clinics by a urologist.

POST 5 - CAR-T cell therapy
I then asked what it was at my last bone marrow
biopsy
on 27th March, apparently it was similar. Obviously the bridging treatment of five Rituximab infusions whilst continuing with Venetoclax had not cleared the bone marrow.

Muscular Biopsy Does It Hurt?
After finally getting to see a neurologists in December last year, I have been told that I must have biopsies, but with little information about what this entails. So I thought it may be useful to know before actually going into hospital

New diagnosis of Hashimoto’s
The ultrasound showed 2 suspicious nodules that were then biopsied and the results came back inconclusive for cancer with recommendation to redo
biopsy
in 3 months. Is having these suspicions nodules common in Hashimoto’s, I can’t believe that I have to wait another 3 months for this.

undigested food
Nothing was detected from the procedure or the
biopsy
. But I continue to have problems digesting food. I have been eating mainly blended food but still have severe cramps and diarrhea.

How bad are these PSMA Pet Scan Results?
My second post. Just got my PSMA results back. 48 years old. PSA is 100. 12 Biopsies all show cancer. Mostly 4+3's two of them 4+4's.What do you think ? My appointment with MO is not till Wednesday. What do think he will offer as treatment method ? I'm just worried and concerned.
