hello, My mum sent me this information with the hopes that I can find support and information as I’m starting out my journey. I had been having irregular periods and lower back pain for a few months. I would take medication and just push on. In December, I had such severe pain I called my husband

update as promised
Colonscopy came back clear, took biopsies, can see me in 10 years which honestly I don’t know that I’ll do this again 10 years from now. Glad it’s over!

Guardant 360 vs Foundation One
For blood sample circulating tumor cell (liquid
biopsy
) testing, which is better, Guardant 360 or Foundation One? We have to pay out of pocket so looking for the better test. Thank you.

colonoscopy
Hi…so had colonoscopy today and said all ok but have taken biopsies anyway - what would they be looking for if camera looked ok ? Can they still be concerned about cancers ? The nurse said because I have had ongoing diarrhoea but all a bit vague- had sedation so I probably didn’t ask the right questions

Possible Prednisone Allergy?
I've been to the dermatologist, and he took a
biopsy
, but no results yet. He suspects ringworm, but I cannot imagine that because that's VERY contagious and neither my wife, my daughter, or any of my grandkids have contracted it from me.

Fast forward to my LAST bone marrow
biopsy
(at least for now... it's been my third). I was trying so hard to focus and just "get it done," yet now I find myself emotional. I am getting off of the pills next week, which is amazing, yet now I am uncomfortable.

Incomplete Evacuation and Diarrhoea
Hi there, 26yo female suffering with debilitating daily morning diarrhoea followed by incomplete evacuation, where it feels like my muscles just stop moving and there's an obstruction. I was diagnosed with IBS in 2020 when symptoms started, tried fodmap diet, mebeverine, linseeds, anitbiotics for suspected

UP DATE
I will have a
biopsy
to see if it's microscopic colitis as I have RA. If so I would have 3 months treatment . Next is a fasting lipase blood test. If nothing of importance comes from the tests I will see the Gastroenterologist in a year's time. So keep up the good work me. 🤗

Fatigue BEFORE treatment (A bit of a rant)
Another month for
biopsy
, worrying about results. Nope. Waiting a month for PSMA and worrying that it has spread. Finally good news there.

Renal biopsy test.
I was just diagnosed with FSGS and they favored secondary they don’t know the cause because it seemed very old. Anyway igG, IgA, IgM, C3, C1q are all negative. I can show u my test if you’d be willing to help. I’m sharing this because I’m an overthinker I can’t stop thinking about my condition.

Benign breast lump
Hi, just wondering if anyone else has had anything similar. I had a recall on my routine mammogram and had a follow up ultrasound and biopsies taken from the abnormality and armpit nodes. Results have thankfully come back as benign and they have said that the enlarged nodes are very likely to be linked

No diagnosis but lots of symptoms
It seems that his diagnosis was through a skin
biopsy
[although his lung consultant was the one who gave him his diagnosis]. When I went to see my doctor most recently about my eye problems, he asked if there was a family history of lupus.

lost my baby 12,5 weeks
They salvaged it from the floor, saw it was a boy and took it for a
biopsy
and then asked me if I wanted to take it home and bury it or if they would. I said no. I didn’t want it. Wanted to forget. Grieve in my own way. Baby number 9. 9 miscarriages. NINE. Because I got an infection.

taking Urso
I know some of you have already read the comments on the FB page. The subject of taking Urso, even though it causes so many side effects and ‘doesn’t keep me from dying’, has been brought up. I feel in my heart I need to offer my thoughts. I have been taking Urso for over 35 years. I had PBC for 20
