After ending up in a&e with chest pains in April I've certainly had a full service and MOT from the brilliant NHS. Feeling really positive so far - heart ct scan didn't find anything wrong with my heart but picked up something in my oesophagus which meant I had an endoscopy. That picked up a tiny hiatus

Crazy š³
Well I am gobsmacked. My hubby picked up my prescription today, sent to me by the Rheumatologist. He returned with three bag fulls? The Rheumatologist had prescribed items for the three in one mouthwash and a bottle of Cochicine. The Nystatin will not be in until tomorrow but there were 25 boxes of antibiotics

Oral Thrush
I'm on Mycophenolate Mofetil 2g daily, steroids, warfarin and lots of other meds. Just recently had 3 bouts of oral thrush. Nystatin clears it up but it keeps coming back. Does anyone have a similar experience and what did you do about it? (I can't take the pills for it as they interact with too many

Mobitz Type 1/Wenckebach AV Heart Block
I received the results of a recent 48 hour Holter monitor today. I had the Holter fitted because I'd been experiencing palpitations and skipped beats; this has settled down now and I think may have been largely stress-related.I was diagnosed with non-obstructive CAD back in 2018 and take statins etc

Statins and Fibromyalgia
My doctor has suggested that due to my family history I should start taking statins . Reading the information on possible side effects it seems one could be muscle pain and on some online medical sites it flags up fibromyalgia and statins. I donāt think I can take further added pain to my fibromyalgia
