They’ve totally changed my protocol this time as don’t respond to Bemfola when stimulating, so this time around I’m doing two stims drugs each evening! Am excited to try something new, so we are doing 300 Gonal F and 150 Luveris.

hi all I have just got back from my appointment to see if the Prostap (instead of Buserelin) has switched me ‘off’ in readiness to start menopur and bemfola.

So i'm 36yo and on day 6 of the injection process (bemfola injections) for egg freezing. I'm single but ironically have just started dating someone i really like. I previously had lots of follicles on my scan in october (24) which has gone down to 20 Today on my progress scan.

Just collected my Bemfola to start our second STIMS journey. First injection tonight. Slightly different protocol this time around. Bemfola dose has been increased to 450 for the first 4 days, so upped my dose since last time so let’s hope that might help get a few more eggies.

Third night of stims tonight, my Bemfola injection which looks like a pen leaked 🙄 I’m not sure much went in at all. I hate the pre loaded pen ones! Maybe I didn’t push the needle head on properly. Will it really have a negative impact on my stimulation if this one didn’t really go in?

Have been on Bemfola 450 for the past 4 nights. Had nightmare with the needles not attaching properly and discovered only yesterday you need to twist them on a bit and not just click, clearly instructions/advice was wrong. So I feel like I only really got one proper dose which was last nights dose.

I have these meds from my treatment which are left if anyone interested can Dm and I can let know the quantity I have. I am looking into different options we have to get pregnant so I am taking a little break and thought this might be useful to someone now who are taking treatment. We are in

I'm already on a lower dose compared to my first ivf cycle (300ui bemfola). I'm on 225ui gonalf and they've asked me to reduce to 150ui. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and what I might expect? Is this a sign of ohss and is a fresh transfer possible? Anything I can do to help? Water?

In the first round, we gone through short protocol with cetrotide and Bemfola..here in this forum I have read some messages like cetrotide cause more immature eggs..is that true?

Hi all, I accidentally took my bemfola dose on day 1 instead of 2 and now freaking out that I've totally ruined it all (1st scan not until Monday!) Has anyone else done this?!

I was on 300ui bemfola and he wants to reduce it to 250 or 275ui (different name drug, can't remember it now) and that was even before my retest results. Changing protocol is nerve-wracking as I'm so worried I won't get to transfer. I'm not fixated on getting 13 eggs or even close.

I started my third cycle last Thursday taking meriofert in am and Bemfola in pm. I was doing oestrogen priming for about two weeks prior to that as I have low AMH and stage 4 endometriosis on the ovaries.

I've started Bemfola and Menopur as well this evening. So that's three injections in my belly every night, running out of space with all these spots! Thanks in advance for any replies.

Hello fam Hope you all doing good I have started taking bemfola from yesterday, I am feeling severe nausea, headache, not feeling to work. I can’t even sleep when I’m trying to fall asleep. Has anyone experienced this?

I have just found out that I should have taken a medication called Fyremadel alongside 150 Bemfola and I hadn’t been because of miscommunication.

This cycle he changed to bemfola 450 from the start and Lucrin to stop ovulation. Scan today showed only 6 follicles and of them only 3 look good at 20mm, 20mm and 16mm All the others are too small.

On short protocol with bemfola and cetrotide. Proper stingy injections. All looking okay so far..... but yeah... just really quick compared to last time. How is everyone else's journeys going?? Xx

I don’t know whether it’s related, I’m on day 7 of bemfola and I noticed last night that there was a lot of bleeding while brushing my teeth. I very rarely experience any bleeding but i feel like my gums are tender. Has anyone else had this?x

Clinic have put me on estrogen tablets and changed from bemfola to Gonal F has anyone had both should I be worried about the change of meds my anxiety is crazy just seeing the meds in the fridge and the unknown of a different medication

I will begin taking the highest dose of menopur and bemfola. I’ve been taking folic acid, CQ10 and proxeed for about six months. Does anyone know if it’s okay to continue taking these supplements throughout treatment. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Wishing you all well 😊
