The RNOH provides a comprehensive range of neuro-musculoskeletal health care, ranging from acute spinal injury or complex bone tumour to orthopaedic medicine and specialist rehabilitation for chronic back pain sufferers. This broad range of services is unique within the NHS. As a national centre of excellence, the RNOH treats patients from across the country, many of whom have been referred by other hospital consultants for second opinions or for treatment of complex or rare conditions.

Through a range of frontline services run from its Nottingham base and via a network of more than 100 groups and branches across the UK, it provides support, services and information to brain injury survivors, their families and carers, as well as to professionals in the health and legal fields. The Children’s Trust, Tadworth is a national charity working with children with brain injury. We are based at a 24 acre site in Tadworth, Surrey but offer our services to children from across the UK. We provide expert rehabilitation, education, therapy and care to support children and their families. The Children's Trust has also developed The Brain Injury Hub which is an online information and advice service for parents and other family members and includes as well as developing an online community and includes Health Unlocked.
