Med suggestion?
hi all- I got diagnosed with a couple other
autoimmune
diseases
recently and in addition to that, my early sjogrens panel just came back positive. They haven’t done any biopsies/scans, but the ss-a and SS-b were negative. I have super dry eyes and mouth along with fatigue and neuropathy.

Autoimmune disease?
Dr then ordered further bloods to rule out hepatitis auto immune
diseases
etc. All normal except one of my
autoimmune
bloods has come back positive. Hep-2 cell autoantibody - positive (potentially abnormal) ?!! Dr not helpful and almost felt like I was a nuisance to be honest.

Sjogren’s without dryness?
I recently changed rheumatologists and had new full bloodwork for a second opinion and he confirmed my diagnosis as I don’t have symptoms or bloodwork findings to point to another
autoimmune
disorder. Maybe I have one of those non-specified

diseases
but is closest to Sjogrens?

Ndt and iodine supplement?
(for
autoimmune
diseases
they dropped to TPOs less than 0.12 and TGABs less than 0.20). So I'm here to ask for advice, should I take this supplement? I'm worried about iodine 😐 Thank you to those who answer my question ♥️ (My English is from a "translator", I'm not a native speaker)

How Long from Compensated to Decompensated?
Both are
autoimmune
diseases
. At this point she is totally compensated. Health care providers are taking this very casually, one even saying, "come back in a year and we will look again." I admit to being a little freaked out since at this rate she could be decompensated in a year.

Hi, was diagnosed with seronegative inflammatory arthritis in April. I have noticed that my fingers and toes are permanently cold and can turn white. Many years ago so was told I had Raynauds . But other than in very cold conditions it has been quite settled. Does Raynauds flare up more with arthritis
