Help! Prostate cancer spread to bladder.

Orgyvx + alternative treatment
On Dec 1 I took two Orgyvx and dropped my PSA from 70 to 27.8 on Dec 15. I took one more Orgyvx Dec 15 and it dropped to 14.8 on Jan15. At this level I believe the alternative, clioquinol + zinc + ivermectine, will kill more cancer cells than my body produces new ones. On Feb 13, I meet my oncologist

so discouraged after the fibromyalgia workshop that I just participated in.
I didn't advocate for myself enough and should have gotten more help for my fibromyalgia. I still can't tell the difference between it and my PSA. I may have been exercising too much and thus keeping the pain cycle going. So discouraged. I probably needed some help four years ago to systematically

Orgovyx + Abiaterone?
I have very high risk prostate cancer (Gleason 9, negative PSMA for spread, MRI suggests possible spread to seminal vessel, PSA in 7s before treatment). Due to cardiac history (stroke and heart attack) MO is being cautious and has started dosing Eligard at 1 Month intervals to make sure I am doing ok

Maybe because of "careful" patient selection, but still great: PSA Undetectable in First Patient Cu-67 SAR-bisPSMA
Positive results for mCRPC, very positive. Sorry if I have already posted this (my mind is not so sharp lately...was it ever??). "The first patient with prostate cancer dosed with 2 cycles of 8GBq of 67Cu-SAR-bisPSMA has reached undetectable prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels using PET" https:/

Shoud I be concerned with my PSA rising from .79 to 1.01 in about 10 months?
Diagnosed with prostate cancer in August'18 with PSA of 7.84, Greason score of 7 (4+3) before being treated with SBRT without ADT at UCLA in October'18. Reached nadir at .79 after 4.5 years after SBRT treatment. My latest PSA number as of 01/12/24 is 1.01 as compared to 0.93 (10/16/23), 0.93 (07

Adding second line hormonal therapy?
Hello everyone. My father's treatment from diagnosis consisted of ADT (Zoladex, 3-month injections as of now) and 6 courses of Docetaxel chemotherapy. PSA nadir was 0.89 after 7 months of treatment but after that the last 3 PSA tests show increase (PSA 2.310 on 24 Oct. 2023, PSA 6.81 on 24 Nov. 2023

Dumb Question about rising PSA after initial RT.
If you still have a prostate after RT treatment 7 years ago ( NO ADT), could a slowly rising PSA just be 'natural' as you age? Have always been curious, as when initial biopsy was ordered, the doctor said, "if you were a few months older (70), your PSA level would not have prompted further investigation

How to monitor PCa after you stop ADT?
I've been on Zoladex implants for coming up to 4 years in February. I plan to stop ADT next time when it's due, as my PSA is always "undetectable" and it's been 4 years of physical and mental torment for me (the side effects). I think that enough is enough now. Does anyone have advice on the best ways

Bicalutamide and Eligard
PSA went up to 0.87. Doctor recommend Eligard (Lupron) with bicalutimide and dutasteride. No choice. I went thru thus on Jan 10, 2024. Hospital said I have to run thru Eligard for 24 months on a quarterly basis. Every 3 month. Doctor Said Eligard works only for 2 years, and I have to find another

How soon after taking 4 month eligard shot can you switch to firmagon?
I started my hormone treatment with firmagon + apalutamide beginning 2023. The treatment worked fantastic and all my pain faded away and my psa dropped from 350 to .09 over 11 months. My life was as near normal as can be expected with cancer. Almost immediately my MO was recomending to switch to 4
