Bruising- when is too much?
Back in November I was admitted to hospital with a nose bleed and the cardiac team weren’t keen on reducing my meds (
aspirin
, ticagrelor and Viazem) My senior management (better half) is a little worried. TIA

Aspirin with a mechanical valve?
"rabbit hole style" an american article where they also recommend daily
aspirin
between 50-100mg. I was previously on 75mg per day but no-one so far has mentioned it. The difference between
aspirin
and warfarin in my limited experience is "warfarin thins and
aspirin
stops stickiness".

Just wondering if you clever lot have any insight into going for the vaccine - I don't know which one I will get. Are there questions I should ask? Things to look out

Stopping taking aspirin prior to elective c section at 36/37 weeks
Also he told me
aspirin
isn’t a blood thinner it helps with good blood flow from placenta to a foetus. He didn’t show me any evidence of these changed policies I searched on nhs website and it is recommended to stop taking
aspirin
@ 36/37 weeks.

Heparin and Asprin together IVF?
I've been prescribed LMW Heparin for our latest FET (although I had it for the last one, which also resulted in miscarriage). Has anyone taken (advised by clinic or decided for themselves) it alongside Asprin, during down reg and onwards, should there be a BFP?

Pegasys and Blood Pressure Medication
I am also on a high dose 180mcg Pegasys and
aspirin
for ET. I inquired about drug interaction and she seemed to think it was ok, but on taking my first tablet of Ramipril, I’ve felt awful all day. It seems to have intensified the side-effects of Pegasys. Dry-mouth, dizziness and diarrhoea.

Update on can I get some input on others experiences with ascites
I usually choose based on how busy it is but he said it won't do you much good to go to the emergency room if they don't have the resources there to help you because they're unlikely to comprehend the significance of your symptoms and will be more likely to send you on your way with an

Feeling Yukkkk
I’ve just started taking
aspirin
and statins, has anyone else had trouble with these and their IBS ?, just don’t want to go back to how I was a few weeks ago. Any input would be greatly received, my symptoms are reflux which I haven’t had in a while and a rumbling sicky tummy.

Medical Alert Bracelet?
I'm only on Plaquenil and a baby
aspirin
along with Vitamin C, D, and iron. I'm not sure if I need a medical alert bracelet or not, or if that would be an overreaction. Any thoughts?

Positive Attitude
From 1982 to 2015 I had nothing not even an
Aspirin
, it was only when seeing a young female doctor in 2015 she mentioned when did you last have an ECG I said a while ago OK lets do one. When she had it she just said doesn't look quite right I will fax it to Cardiology.
