How do you communicate your condition?
I am told I am low risk, on low dose
aspirin
and blood panel every six months. Oh, my spleen enlarged a bit. So I considered myself lucky, but at the initial stage I was in shock. "I do have some sort of a cancer? what do I do?" So kept this info only to a small circle, only wife and few friends.

Spleen - normal size varies by height of the person
My treatment doesn't really change regardless as I have few symptoms and only take
aspirin
for now, but it is interesting to note for long-term treatment and prognosis. Interested to hear if others have similar experiences re: spleen size or contradictory information to what I stated above.

ENTRESTO 49/51 (+ Bisoprolol, Eplerenone, Aspirin, Simvastatin, Omeprazole, Dapagloflozin, Furosemide, Mexiletine).
My husband (79) has been on Entresto for nearly 2 years. Has no energy or strength and is tired most of the time with breathing problems after a very short walk in the garden. Hasn't seen cardiologist or had his EF checked since prescription issued. GP will not change any medication cos of heart problems

Aspirin the cat (a funny story from mom's work)
So mom is a pharmasist and she got too much
aspirin
and put some of it in a box and wrote "
Aspirin
". Her Boss took the box and used it for a cat's bed. Clients saw the cat in the box with written "
Aspirin
" thought it's the cat's name. So called the cat

75mg Aspirin - Impossible to Open
First a low dose ACE Inhibitor then a statin and 75mg
Aspirin
. For many years the
Aspirin
came in small bottles of 100 before like everything else they came packed in foils. Sometimes foils can be tricky to open so the capsule splits open or the tablet shatters.

Article: ADT May Increase Risk of Death From Cardiovascular Disease in Prostate Cancer
My thought: Maybe low dose
aspirin
isn't a bad idea when on ADT. https://www.cancertherapyadvisor.com/home/cancer-topics/prostate-cancer/prostate-cancer-androgen-deprivation-therapy-cardiovascular-disease-death-risk/?

PMR symptoms or flare of Stills Disease?
I recall my medication as enteric coated
aspirin
, steroids, iron, distalgesics and Indocid slow release capsules. I wore wrists splints for several years and lived a relatively normal life. Thankfully I have no organ involvement to my knowledge.
