gout - aspirin?
At no point has the risk of gout from
aspirin
been ever mentioned to me and the dr I saw at a and e when I thought I’d broken my toe a few weeks ago (was a stubbed toe that triggered a gout attack) had no idea of the association with
aspirin
. I’m on 75mg
aspirin
per day.

Dilated pupils.
I’m three weeks out, and the only medication I’m on is
aspirin
for clotting. I’m still taking my normal dose of 55mcg T3 split twice, but my activity levels although great for this soon are nothing like they were before.

Epidural Injections for Back Pain for MPN Patient
I have stopped taking
aspirin
as well as Eliquis; however, I am concerned about the possible risk involved with the epidural. I have been having some back and leg pain for about a month and went to an orthopedic dr. for x-rays and MRI.

Microvascular Disease / Syndrome X
I was put on statins and
aspirin
at that time. From then on, any doctors I have seen try to reassure me that I don't have cardiac disease, however the symptoms are still the same and I have no diagnosis. I also had a cardiac echo test which was apparently also normal.

Possibly not an ET symptom but thought I would ask :)
Hi everyone, I thought this place would be a good place to ask as it's a wealth of knowledge 😊 and it might be ET related or not. I have never experienced this before. Yesterday evening at home most of my toes on my left foot suddenly felt very itchy and red and a bit swollen. They are also tender at

I’m wondering if this could be brought on by heart meds — bisoprol, amliopodine, Losartan, atorvastatin, ticagrelor,
aspirin
. Thanks

starting on Interferon
I live in Uk and have been managing blood levels with a baby
aspirin
and venesections. Last year my white blood has started consistently rising. My haematologist has suggested I go onto 45 mic Pegasus starting in October. She’s asked me to think about it.

Can caffeine cause and episode with ET?
I do take an
aspirin
daily. On Sunday morning we were visiting with family and drinking a lot of coffee. I had a strange episode where my head felt pressure and I felt off balance. I had to go lay down. I went to work on Monday morning and I was sipping coffee all morning.

New research on NSAID's and inflammation
Most NSAIDs, with the exception of
aspirin
, dampen inflammation via the inhibition of cyclooxygenases, a family of pro-inflammatory enzymes. However, evidence from animal studies suggests that when these enzymes are inhibited, the body responds by producing more of the enzymes.

My husband was diagnosed with MPN, ET in 2018 aged 59 and has taken daily Hydroxycarbamide and alternate day
aspirin
. Physically we have bumbled along with the odd excessive nose bleed, no major physical changes although he did suffer with his mental health but thats improving.

Getting an MPN specialist as advised by Hunter and experience of GasLighting
The haem. clinic kept telling me to stop the
aspirin
and would not listen that whenever I did stop I developed a bad migraine a week later (
aspirin
lasts this long in your system).

Grateful Newbie seeking clarity on Natural bypass of 100% total occluded RCA
My cardiologist recommended the lowest dose of
aspirin
every day, continuous power walks (3 miles each day), and a follow up in six months. I have had an echocardiogram that showed everything is ok. I don’t have diabetes.
