Below is a rough transcript of a converstaion I had with my local pharmacy last week when collecting my repeat. PHarmacist: we have everything here for you encept the hypertonic

HDU - Little bit of advice?
I think I've possibly had the wake up call which I've needed. Ended up getting ambulance out last night because of chest tightness/feeling wheezy/really unwell, I got told that my chest wasn't too wheezy, but my oxygen levels were all over, they were going from 95%, - 86% - 98% - 85% within 30 seconds

so, last night i ended up getting admitted into CDU, was meant to be getting moved onto a respiratory ward this morning, but got discharged instead, with 3 days of prednisolone 8 5mg a day & told to use my blue inhaler 6 times every 4hrs with a spacer. first off, i got told that i wasnt having an asthma

my hospital bed. Just a quick how do to the few people who understand such an episode. last sunday, i put myself in a taxi to a&e, struggling to breathe and very tachycardic. 8 days later and i'm still here. nebulised first (not all at once) with salbutamol, saline, and sodium chloride. i.v. of magnesium

Nebuliser nightmare
Hi, Hope this finds everyone well! I'm on the scrounge for some advice. I'm under the North west lung centre for asthma & bronchiectasis and am on daily nebbed hypertonic saline. I bought an Omron microair 3 months ago and have used it once a day since for the HS. It's been getting progressively slower

What are the treatment options for Sjögren's syndrome?
•
Artificial
saliva
: this can be used to keep the mouth moist and comes in the form of a spray, gel, liquid, lozenge or pastille. •Saliva stimulants: in some people with Sjögren's syndrome, the saliva glands are only partially affected and can be stimulated to make more saliva.

My experience of anti-tnf
Anti-TNF experience I’ve been on one anti-tnf for the past ten years. Its infliximab, but there are other more recent ones, but I think the procedure is more or less the same for each one. I also take 20mg methoxitrate weekly. And I should say that I’m not medically qualified in any way, this blog
