Is massage therapy treatment effective for back pain?
Hey there, I'm from Thornhill, and I'm here to get suggestions from you guys. Has anyone tried massage therapy treatment? I had met with an accident a few months back. There were only some minor injuries, and it's getting better with time. But my back pain is unbearable. I'm stressed due to this. Recently

Any advise? Hi I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism 2 yrs ago and at the time I was tested for diabetes as my levels where high. As I had aching joints, tired and was putting on weight that I could not shift, which was unusual for me. I was put on 100mg levothyroxine tablets. I was still ill and tested

Follow up to positive ANA test
After posting yesterday I had a couple of lovely responses from some people with psoriatic arthritis and I thank them. I was wondering though, if anyone with RA had also tested positive or not. As many of you know I am changing meds, they are being given a month to work - if not then biologics have

Diagnosis
In January I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in hands feet and knees. However, when I went to have tests done for something else (different department) which meant lying down, the consultant kept asking if my back was okay. I do get pain in my upper back, shoulders and neck but was never asked about

Hashimotos. Lichen S and now possibly Rheumatoid arthritis?..
Hi all, I take 75mg Levo (hashimotos). Last couple of weeks my right arm, elbow and wrist has become more and more painful, sore and weak. I also have pains in my other arm but not as bad. Most of my joints are sore and painful at different times. My knees are both swollen and the skin looks purple

App will reduce high risk of falls during and after Lockdown.
A free app has been developed at The University of Manchester to help reduce the high risk of falls and physical decline in older people self-isolating during the COVID-19 Lockdown. When used, the evidence based app - called Keep-On-Keep-Up- will help reduce the thousands of injuries – which are often

Hypothyroidism and back pain.
Anyone know any connections between hypothyroidism and back pain. Especially herniated discs and arthritis. I've been having some serious trouble and can't seem to get relief. Any tips on pain relief in the lumbar area?? I'm running out of hope between both problems and really really struggling.

Started 6 months ago with left side headache, eye inflammation, sores up nose, fatigue, night sweats, right wrist sore on and off, right shoulder was stiff. I've now got a painful right wrist and it hurts in my ulner region and further down my arm theres a hard bump. Had bloods done before lockdown
