Update: PSA after IMRT
After my 40 treatments, I wanted to get off the bicalutamide I had been on for 2 months. My breasts had not only gotten enlarged but they had also become quite painful, and the Tamoxifen my RO had put me on did not help with this. He then ordered an early PSA test, and when it came back at just .12

AUS revision surgery?
I'm seeking advice on having a second AUS surgery. My background: I had a prostatectomy in 2016 and radiation a year later because the cancerous tumor had penetrated the sack. I have since had undetected PSA but have suffered with severe stress incontinence. I had AUS surgery in 2018 but it failed because

Iodine - no thyroid.
I had my thyroid removed in 2003 due to papillary cancer. I have struggled ever since finding the right dosage/supplements. I have just watched Dr Sarah Myhilll's thyroid video for the umpteenth time and have purchased some of her supplements even though some of them contain iodine. Any thoughts

Nano Knife Surgery
I recently underwent a brand new surgical procedure called nano knife. Dr. Mayank Patel in Encino California, a da Vinci robotic and TULSA pro expert surgeon recommended this procedure after a panel of doctors examined my MRI and CT scans. The procedure was successful and five months post surgery

Moving on to hospice care
many of you have heard from me before at this point. My dad (68, diagnosed almost 2 years ago) had his last appointment with his MO two weeks ago or so. Thyroid Cancer
I had thyroid cancer so had mine removed. My food only goes down my right side of my pipe and my breathing pipe was damaged as well. I seem to get a lot of chest infections on my left side. I have a horse voice all the time. I have nodules on my lungs. I have other medical issues. I suffer from depression

I received biopsy confirmation of my advanced prostate cancer on Aug 29 and PET in September confirmed node positivity. I'm 43yo. No distant metastasis. I am working with a multidisciplinary team (UO, MO, and RO) with Kaiser in Anaheim, CA. Based on an analysis of the PET, the team believed it was unlikely
