THE JOURNEY STARTS HERE.........LIFES CURVE BALLS
We discussed what I should do and I suggested taking
antihistamines
but he said I can’t as they can cause heart palpitations and would mess up the effectiveness of my medications especially the Beta Blocke Bisoprolol I’m taking I asked for an alternative and he said I could get allergen injections although

Does Anyone else think there’s a link?
Hey Everyone I haven’t been on here for a while, apart from a few mild symptoms and what I think is malar which is always present, I’ve actually been pretty good for the past few months, in fact I booked my second opinion referral which finally got through for Guy’s and St Thomas and hesitated because

I’m continuing to research, but the low histamine diet seems to be working very well, I hardly ever have to use

I have justed rescued this little boy, he's completely adorable I love him to bits, he's a rag doll, will he be OK with my COPD he's a rag doll and follows me everywhere. I ask because I felt a bit itch under my nose and so I too an antihistamine.

Antihistamines
Hello. Please forgive me if I am asking a silly question. I am currently purposefully eating gluten based foods at least twice a day and I am going to request to be tested for CD after 6 weeks. This is because I have recently been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and I have raised thyroglobulin antibodies

Itchy red patches on face, help!
I've been to the doctors and he suggests it's rosacea (doesn't know about the endo) so
antihistamines
wouldn't work anyway. He says they can give creams if it's rosacea, I'm due to go back Monday if it's still there, it is currently. What creams are they?

Major Anxiety Crash - Looking for Answers as I restart Sertraline with Some Major Side Effects
I spent two weeks in a hellish fog of using really old Xanax pills and
antihistamines
to just try to get to sleep. I saw my doctor and he prescribed Ambien for sleep, but the two nights I took it I woke up to the most excruciating burning nerve pain I've ever felt in my life.

Hives, Alpha-Gal, Dry Eyes
I’ve also developed dry eyes, possibly linked to taking two
antihistamines
. I was using Flonase, but I started getting nose bleeds. I’ll see how I do come this spring, because I’ve used it for years. I also take Benadryl when the itching get bad. Anyone else have all this going on at the same time?

Encouragement
Avoid caffeinated beverages, don't drink alcohol or take
antihistamines
. Coke and Pepsi have an extremely high amount of caffeine. It will trigger a Raynaud's syndrome atttack. I just recovered from a bad case of cellulitis in one of my fingers. I had the infection for a month, really awful!
