Help needed please: After 21 years of being on 3 grains of various NDT plus
antidepressants
(originally given because of Graves disease which resulted in a thyroidectomy) was urged by pharmacist to come off dosulepin which I did (the last antidepressant taken in September.

Feel like I’ve tried all I can
A little over a week on CBD now and off
antidepressants
so praying this somehow fixes me. So lost and so angry at this point.

Silent reflux or something else?
Back in June, my psychiatrist switched my antidepressant from Pristiq to Paxil because I felt that Pristiq was no longer working for me. When I started the Paxil I also started having this weird shortness of breath that I initially thought was some side effect of anxiety. I stopped this Paxil after a

I’m on
antidepressants

A brief story of using Trintellix (Brintellix) antidepressant
It turns out Trintellix ,as many other
antidepressants
,is metabolized by enzyme CYP2D6. I'm currently taking Abiraterone which is a strong inhibitor of CYP2D6. The result is that I suffered hard from Trintellix (rare...)side effects. Obviously I had to stop Trintellix.

Hypothyroid and Menopause
My most recent visit to the gp I was told “you are allowed to feel like this” and offered
antidepressants
which I have decided not to take. I’ve just had to fight with the doctors receptionist now to get a blood test ok’d by the doctor to check my TSH levels.

Having a hard time
My anxiety has ramped up to almost unbearable. They tried a new antidepressant at the lowest dose. I took it for 5 days but it made me so anxious they took me off. Since then it’s gone up and down like a yo-yo. Sometimes it’s bearable other times I have to take an Ativan just to keep from freaking

Inflammation with FND this is not psychological
My psychiatrist tried to figure out what trauma I went through to have FND he finds no emotional distress and will not give me
antidepressants
or even wants to see me again because there is no need.

I guess this is the way things are for now
This is all kind of new to me since I never thought things would come to this point for me but recently I went to the doctors to talk about the way I've been feeling with my depression and anxiety and they have decided to put me on
antidepressants
