probiotics for people with a compromised immune system.
https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/992453 Having just bought various forms of probiotic to support me while taking
antibiotics
, this article gave me pause for thought. Have only skim read, but it appears that we are one of the groups where there might be a contraindication.

Question about Ferritin level of 14.
I have to say that I have had really bad treatment, or lack of, by the medical profession and have no faith in Dr.s or Consultant's and considering I was sent home from hospital with an allergic reaction to
antibiotics
and no treatment or help on a Sunday and a Bank Holiday, so, I couldn't get any help

ET and healing
On both occasions of punch biopsy the wounds have been slow to heal, have become infected requiring
antibiotics
, similarly with a tooth extraction. I am on the waiting list for eye surgery and am anxious that I may find myself with healing problems.

Flare up for weeks
Then had a week of
antibiotics
for toothache. Since then everyday is awful. Barely been out the house. Watching what I eat and drinking lots of water, stopped the iron tab 3 days ago to try soothe things down. So far not much if any improvement.

Fed Up.
The subsequent few months were to see me suffering anxiety enough for me to call 999 thinking I was dying from Covid after feeling feverish and shaking; that ended up being severe cellulitis and almost sepsis so I was kept in hospital for 6 days and pumped full of
antibiotics

Advice on my array of recommended supplements (per endocrinologist”s recommendations)
They also recommend a lot of supplements, digestive enzymes, something to reduce inflammation, some referred to as natural
antibiotics
and many more. I have received the list of them now - so far I’ve totted up £500 worth for a three month period. And that’s not all of them.

IBS, possibly menopause, any advice
Saw a dr to rule out breast cancer, was given
antibiotics
and sent on my merry way. It still flares up discomfort wise and I have scars in my armpits from it.

Ear Problems??
Doctors have prescribed a spray followed by
antibiotics
if required. Is this something others have come across in their journey?

And prescribed me
antibiotics
for 5 days? Has anyone else had an experience like this? My entire face and tongue were numb for a good 3/4 hours but I felt like I could feel everything when they were drilling! Not just pressure, actual pain 😩

I was busy checking and drawing up
antibiotics
with another midwife. Unfortunately, I had jumped the gun, not ALL the blood results were back. I was not happy with the clinical picture, so needed a doctor’s
input
. The junior doctor wiped the floor with me.
