Azathioprine dose
Then once I finished the
antibiotics
I started coughing up ‘nasty stuff’ again. Apart from a few days I’ve been in bed all year. The shingles have dried up now but I still feel absolutely exhausted. Unable to do anything.

She was first admitted due to a bacterial infection, which has since been treated with
antibiotics
. She's had at least five transfusions in the last couple weeks, which to me, seems like a lot.

So again I’m waiting for doctor to ring and desperately needing my
antibiotics
and more steriods. This is the longest I’ve had to wait and I’m quite annoyed as they have my notes they know my history if they read just a small amount. To top it off I’ve got no heating or hot water .

Probiotic brand suggestions following strong antibiotics
Hello, About two weeks ago I finished strong
antibiotics
Clindamycin and Medazol (not sure of other names). While on them I did have diarrhoea and this has gone but my stools are not back to normal (normal being way too hard!).

Post SCT question
My infection markers are normal, I’ve been on various
antibiotics
& had blood cultures taken for viral & bacterial infections, nothing’s been found. They are talking about sending me home, but my temperature is 38.2 this morning, it goes down with paracetamol.

Have asthma allergies and long COVID etc etc I’m often on
antibiotics
and steroids since diagnosis and pollution seems to really exacerbate my condition . That explains why I’ve always been better by the sea. I ve gone the longest time recently without a flare up .

Spirometry non-obstructive, CT shows scarring but no fibrosis/legions/bronchiectasis so what’s wrong???
It took five months and six courses of
antibiotics
to shift it. X rays showed ‘chronic atelectasis’ in right base. I’ve been sent for CT and spirometry, and gone through the results with my GP, who has essentially said the above.

Could be some positivity for frequent UTI sufferers.
So for the last 14 months when my attempts at tapering the Prednisolone have been hampered by these constant UTI infections, not to mention feeling constantly unwell all that time by the symptoms, nausea, being unable to eat, low sodium effects, etc. my previous GP continued to prescribe only 3 days

Antibiotics
don’t really help beyond immediately. Next leukaemia doctor chat in three months time. Had covid jab today on top of sinus infection. Tired! Feeling a bit low physically and emotionally. Just so hard to keep up with people who don’t have CLL felt like posting.

Still just worried
Why it worries me is I don’t like taking
antibiotics
unnecessarily, but within the last 3 months I’ve had to take them 3 times, before that I managed to avoid them for 12yrs. Now that just don’t seem right to me. I’m in constant pain from when I wake up to when I go to bed.

Everything was brilliant until Dec 2023 then wham AF hit, this was felt to be caused by pneumonia plus steroids and
antibiotics
. 2days in hospital followed , with them restarting apixaban and heart medication in preparation for a cardio version.

Very fast onset of Pneumonia! It’s a long story; are you comfortable…
sepsis) Got to Resus and the medical staff immediately filled him with
antibiotics
, fluids and just about everything else I think! Turns out it was pneumococcal pneumonia. He came home a couple of days ago with doctors orders to rest for 6 weeks.

Stuck in the middle with - er, Denise. Sorry, Denise 😬
Going to give it a couple more days then I'll beg my GP for
antibiotics
if I don't feel any better.I'm so glad I sneaked that extra run in, it was a lovely sunny moment between rain and sofa!

Circumcision- Two Weeks Healing The Body & The Mind
As the week progressed, I did have to go on a course of preventative
antibiotics
at the end of week 1 because the frenulum stitch was still looking like it was open, it was bleeding a tiny bit, and the surgeon said it was better to be safe than sorry.
