Had
angioplasty
with three stents and am now feeling fine. Luckily no angina pains as yet and no side effect from my meds. My question is not medical but is related to my HA. My wife and i are going on holiday to USA in September and had purchased travel ins last January.

Had urgent
angioplasty
, stents and a 5 day stay in hospital getting home to Hampshire Christmas eve. The issue is that I have been invited to a family get together down there in the next few weeks.

I have peripheral artery disease which affects my legs so I am having an
angioplasty
on Monday. I was diagnosed with this 2 months ago after several scans etc and am told it is severe. I know it is severe as walking causes me a huge amount of pain.

Mental agility after angiplasty
Hi there Has anyone experienced issues with mental agility after having an
angioplasty
? I had stent placed in Sept 2017. I sort of get irritated on the phone when dealing with people and find it harder to remember than I used to before my heart attack. Any info will be much appreciate! Thanks

Failed angioplasty
I was told I needed an
angioplasty
to have a stent inserted, so a few months later they had their first attempt but failed. 2 months later the procedure was tried again but sadly failed and has now advise I would need a heart bypass operation.

Confused!
I was diagnosed as having had a heart attack approx 8 hours afterwards but didn’t get an angiogram/
angioplasty
until the following day. Does this mean my ongoing condition is worse because of this or is this 2 hour timeframe not accurate? I’d like to know Jim

Neck pain!
I’m currently recovering from
angioplasty
that was done two weeks ago, following a heart attack. In the last two days I’ve developed a throbbing pain in the left side of my neck. I’m not sure whether this is just another stent recovery pain that will go in a short time?

Post Angioplasty pain
It turned out I had Significant arterial disease and needed
angioplasty
. Where I had the stents fitted, following the procedure I was in considerable pain from my chest up through my neck and my left arm. I was kept in overnight and went home the following day.

Feeling terrible after angioplasty.
Hi It has now been 12 days since I had 4 stents fitted. I feel terribly tired, have anxiety attacks and am scared I will have another attack. I understand the panic and depression of this huge life changing experience for me but because I feel so poorly every day I am in fear of having another attack

Do I need these or are they 'precautionary'?
I underwent coronary
angioplasty
due to a blocked artery but I'm told that my heart has suffered "no damage whatsoever", attributed to my fitness level. I have been prescribed beta blocker to "safeguard" my heart but don't understand this?

Tests ?
In my case I am told do not have stable or unstable angina spasms yet when had MI cardiac arrest was given an
angioplasty
to revive ? The same goes with uti samples & targeting with antibiotics .Does no show mean no therapy when connected to sepsis? Or just blame the patients?

Travel Insurance post Angioplasty
I'm due to undergo angiography on Tuesday, with the possibility of
angioplasty
, if found to be necessary, at the same time. My Consultant says it will be safe to fly two weeks after (obviously subject to what is found). I am due to fly to Madeira exactly two weeks after the procedure.

Vitamin Tablets - Can we take them?
Hi All Prior to my
angioplasty
I was taking Vitamin B complex, Vitamin D and Vitamin C tablets. I have asked if I can take three again and have been met with mixed reviews. Are any of you taking the above after having
angioplasty
? Kind regards Tracy 😊
