NHS won’t carry out hip surgery
said that if I happened to fall over and break my hip they would do it, This is where I’m at now, in constant pain in my inner thighs, buttocks, inner groin, knees, sometimes my ankles and when I walk about 500 meters I get excruciating pain in my lower back, I have been prescribed pain killers and

In desperate need of some help regarding laparoscopy surgeon.
appointment I walk into goes the same way where they say ‘you must be really stressed’ and ‘this must be making you feel very depressed’ and ‘how is this starting to affect your relationships’ before going down the same route of asking about my childhood, have I been molested (NO) and suggest putting me on

Baclofen for pelvic pain
I have been prescribed this by my doctor however I am a bit anti towards to many chemicals, I am already tacking
Amitriptyline
2 x 10mg at night and do not think they are of any noticeable benefit. My understanding is that the Baclofen is supposed to help with muscle tension in the pelvic floor.

Sleep struggle because of Effexor
But my doctor mentioned trazadone or
amitriptyline
to help me sleep. I wanted to reach out and see if anyone had anything to add about either of those drugs. Thank you.

Any ideas to help manage my migraines?
I've tried
amitriptyline
, pregabalin and sumatriptan in the past all of which have had no effect on the frequency of severity of the headaches. I've followed David Bucholz's heal your headache diet as well as tried a gluten free diet, both of which have not helped either.

This whole time I have been repeatedly told these pains and issues are in my head and have had to repeatedly refuse being put on
Amitriptyline
(a low dose anti-depressant).

Vision Issues?
Amitriptyline
has helped. Been acting up again lately. Does anyone else feel like they can't see/focus your vision sometimes, particularly when having head pressure?

Side effects of Amitriptyline, Sertaline or Bupropion
Amitriptyline
is the newest addition to help me sleep. I have been having increasingly worse dreams and are now causing me to physically act out my dreams and waking me up every couple hours. Has anyone else experienced this? Any recommendations? Thank you!

Medication
Now I started on 50g of anti depressant and stayed on 4 (200mg)
amitriptyline
, then the antidepressants got raised to 100 and the
amitriptyline
came down to 3 (150g). Now I recently ended up going to 150g for the antidepressant and the amytriptiline was reduced to 2 (100g).

Amitriptyline and glaucoma
Has anybody got glaucoma and taking
amitriptyline
? I have only been prescribed
amitriptyline
10mg and keep getting told that I should not be taking this if I have glaucoma as it raises eye pressure. Has anybody else been told this if they have glaucoma? My Consultant does not seem to really know!

Amitriptyline & suicidal thoughts
I take
amitriptyline
for my chronic migraines and unfortunately haven’t found any medication that works as effectively as this so I can’t stop taking it and have exhausted all other options of medication to take at the moment so I’m back on this.

Urinary/vaginal problems - LOTS OF ITCHING AND INFLAMMATION
- In September 2019 I went to see a new gynecologist which diagnosed me with vulvodynia which she prescribed me
amitriptyline
for. I had been using that up until recently going as high as a 30mg dose but with no improvement at all.

I’m already on
amitriptyline
for endometriosis pain. I have head aches that feel as though my eyes will pop out and my vision is blurring. But I no i should maybe get another way review. I feel as though my arms are just not working with my body like they should.
