Alendronic Acid 70 mg tablets.
Does anyone have any thoughts on Alendronic Acid tablets? My rheumatologist wants me to take it, but for some reason, I just have a really strong aversion to taking it. I keep looking at it but can`t bring myself to take it.

Omega 3? Good or bad After chemo
Hi you guys, my dad's primary care Dr recommended he take Omega 3 supplements, 3 of the 1000mg capsules a day. (To lower his triglycerides) I have been reading old posts that say Omega 3 supplements are bad for PC. What does everyone think? Could this affect his psa reading too? Thanks Ellie

Perfect periods to misery in 1 year. Will I be taken seriously?
Sorry for long post. I came off the pill (Ovranette, which I'd been on for ~7 years) as I thought it was making my skin bad. I was fine for about 6 months, and then my periods got weird. The time between them was becoming more erratic, and my bleeds lasted longer (10 days as opposed to normal 4-5).

Quinoa and red lentil salad bowl 🥗
I love how quinoa looks when cooked with those little curls, quinoa is also a complete food as it contains all the base
amino
acids
, lentils are also very healthy and a great source of magnesium and folic acid which are essential for the absorption of calcium.

lower back pain and right hip pain especially lying in bed
I had a DEXA scan just over 2 years ago as part of breast cancer treatment. This identified I had osteoporosis in my spine, I'm not sure of the scores or exactly where but I was told my hips are fine. I have had back problems on and off for years but generally with a visit to a chiropractor and exercise

In the process of being diagnosed
My periods have been getting progressively worse over the years with the pain becoming more and more frequent and more intense. My period pain was so bad last month I nearly called an ambulance. I was vomiting, passing out and no painkillers touched the sides. I went to the doctors a few days later
