Low AMH - what next?
I have taken an
AMH
test
privately partially to put my mind at rest. They said the AMH had to be equal to or above 5.4pmol/L in order for us to qualify.

IVF round 2
Also i read that you have to have a natural period ,to do the fsh and
AMH
test
im not sure if this is correct? . Do you think they will induce my period? And will the fsh and
amh
test
work the same way? As it would on a natural bleed? thanks!

Hysterosalpingogram - Gonna call it the 'Pingu'
Levels all looked good but they're arranging an up to date
AMH
test
as well as a Hysterosalpingogram. SO... I have read many different things online. I like to have all of the information/examples I can so that I feel prepared.

Has anyone had a second AMH test and seen a positive increase?
But one other question I’m keen to ask and hear your experiences on is whether anyone with low
AMH
has had a second blood
test
and seen it increase? It’s something my fertility acupuncturist suggested we might want to do given my low AMH is the reason we didn’t get NHS funding.

Wildely different AMH test scores - any thoughts why?
My
AMH
test
came back as 6.2 pmol/l. I was told this was low for my age (33) but explained by the fact i had very short (19 day) cycles and therefore my egg supply was being used up quicker - this made sense to me.

Sudden AMH drop?
I had my first
AMH
test
in February 2022, I was 37 then, it came back as 8.5 and we were approved for the NHS funding (AMH has to be above 5.4 for that). I had my first IVF cycle this past spring, 2 embryos, 1 failed transfer, 1 miscarriage.

Husbands sample looking normal now but waiting on dna frag
test
. Low
amh
(1.8) maybe lower now …and 39 (nearly 40) years old. It’s hard when there’s no real explanation given. I guess egg quality is a huge factor but I can’t stop wondering.

Is it menopause ?
I also got
AMH
test
(ovarian reserve), it was slightly low but , as by 2 gynecologists, acceptable for my age. Doctors do not think I am close to menopause but I tend to not believe them.

Donor eggs
Our genetic
test
results came back good but my
AMH
is very low (0.26- I am 41 years old). Doctor explanation for the failure was due my age , even though my last IVF was around 4 years ago. We have been advised to use donor eggs . Can anyone please recommend us abroad clinics?

Hello! My partner and I have been trying for a baby for over 2 years, and never been pregnant. We paid for private tests last year which showed he has low sperm motility. IVF Implantation Tips - Age 40, Never Pregnant

Low AMH Advice
Hi everyone, It’s taken me a while to pluck up the courage to post this but here we go… We had a round of IVF in January, but unfortunately the embryo didn’t implant so it didn’t work. As I only had two eggs retrieved (one transferred and the other couldn’t be frozen!) under NHS Scotland we don’t
