NHS Food allergy testing, Is it reliable?
Hello everyone, one last question (sorry) I have finally got a food allergy skin testing appointment (for next year) Apparently if you think you are allergic to fruit or veg, you have to bring the fruit and veg along - If I knew what I was allergic to then I wouldn't need the test. Is this reliable

Bad allergies with parietal cell antibodies?
Hey it's me again! For those of you that have this antibody, do you notice bad allergies or intolerance to food and also the every day environment. I ask because I was doing some research and I read a lot about histamine release and it might have been the foggy brain but I think it releases a lot. I

Hi All For those of you who remember me you may have assumed I had yet again gone off the rails and left the forum to plunder the local sweet shop. Never! Well - not this time at least. I have just been really busy with the new job and compared to the last job - where I sat on the net all day! - its

Dining out with allergies, coeliac disease or intolerances? Pls complete our 5 minute survey
We compiled a survey last year to get an overview on your experiences when eating out with food allergies, intolerance's and coeliac disease. This survey is very similar to the previous one, we are looking to understand what changes have occurred and if you feel that food businesses are becoming more

Help?
I enjoy cycling, I can easily clock up around 200+ miles a week. On my turbo trainer in the garage, if I do a hard session i.e. intervals where my heart rate can be between 140-180 my breathing is fine, and the same on the road. I've done a few training sessions with the race team where we go hard

Rhinitis and Asthma
Hi Just wondering how many of you with asthma also have allergy problems with your nose too? Not just meaning hayfever in the summer but all year round in terms of sneezing, congestion and generally having a nose that is runny and itchy? A girl I've recently started seeing is asthmatic and suffers from

Another Apixaban query
Hi all I know us Apixiban users have been discussing this drug relating to low mood and depression recently but I wonder if anybody has experienced any issues with alcohol and apixaban? My potted history is that I've been on Apixaban (with a short switch for a few weeks to rivoraxaban) for just over

Graves disease for 9 years and just started LDN
Hello there I was diagnosed with Graves and mild TED in 2007, after first baby started on meds PTU but did nothing. Tried so much, got amalgam fillings out, water filter, homepathy you name it. The only thing that helped me get my levels back was at age 42 I went to an amazing doc to help with fertility

List of Allergies and Painting
As mentioned yesterday to Schenks, here is my painting (or one of them). What I am really posting about is if anyone remembers a post of a list of allergies that happen with the deterioration of Thyroid. It was posted about 2 or 3 years ago and I have looked via the search facility, but cannot find
