Breo versus Flovent
Hi everyone , recently went to a new pulmonologist . In June I got Covid but I was one of the lucky ones that didn’t have to go to hospital . Since then sometimes I get SOB so they changed my Flovent to Breo . When changing inhalers are you more susceptical to getting an asthma attack or sick ? Also

I am on Medicare. I am on Incruse and Dulera inhalers. They cost about $325 each! Has anyone been on these drugs and switched to a less expensive one?

Tightness on a morning
Hi all hope everyone is doing ok as I know cold weather can be a problem for a lot of people. I currently take clenil 100 2 puffs twice a day, have been for about a month (must remember to order a new one tomorrow!) I am not diagnosed atm so unsure if various symptoms are asthma or something else. Anyway

The most depressing pic!!
I was running this morning and was quite happily plodding along, revelling in the fact that I had not had to use my inhaler for a week now and still managed 3 runs without difficulty, when my watch beeped to tell me “ battery low”. Now this was annoying in itself as I had plugged it in to charge last

I’ve just started Fostair NEXT and it leaves a gritty sweetness in my mouth. Is this normal?
I’ve not used this type of inhaler before and there is no mention of this in any of the info I can find. Could my inhaler be defective?

COMMENTS/REVIEWS ON UMECLIDINIUM
I have been on Seebri since 2016 - due to this virus I have been in Malta all year & although we have a reciprocal agreement with the UK, you are only allowed certain medicines that are on the government's list, of which this is not, therefore like the Maltese, I have to have a prescription & pay for

Asthma inhaler
My brown inhaler hasn’t been working very well for me, and the nurse in my practice prescribed a pink one called Fostair. It said you must read the pamphlet before using, so I have, and it says ‘do not use beta blockers with this medicine’. I’m on Atenolol 50 mg, and also to talk to your doctor if you

Should I be on levothyroxine yet?
I'm new here. Hello! I'm a 61 year old woman- usually fit- good BMI and do strength training. No regular meds until recently. In spring 2018 I felt tired and rundown ( I have a stressful job and it was over 2 years since my last period so I wondered if this was just post menopause - not on HRT) The

Using an Inhaler with cardio issues
As a few will know I have had Cardio problems since 1997, fixed with quad CABG and later stents fitted. Had several issues with breathlessness and diagnosed with HF. All of these quite well managed these days. Earlier this year just before everything kicked off I had had more breathing issues and had

Making Sense of HF.
Yesterday I had a home visit from my G.P. It wasn't precooked but a district nurse came to do monthly blood test and decided the Dr needed to see me as my bp was 78/48. I haven't been well for a couple of months. Exhausted, sleeping solidly day and night, light headed, a bit confused in fact sort of

I only starting suffering with my breathing in Feb 2020. I am 49 - never had asthma before. By the time it was bad enough to phone the GP everything was in lockdown, and I’ve not been to the asthma clinic or physically seen the GP. Finding the way ☀️
I’ve steadily got used to the cold air, and after a blip in October as the weather changed, I’ve now learned how to keep the asthma under control. Having come so far through JuJu’s magic plan, I had become a bit disappointed that I suddenly needed to do run/walk intervals, as I just couldn’t get my

Allergic / nocturnal asthma
Hello, hope everyone is doing ok. I have a question to people who have difficulties sleeping and getting woken up at night. I've had fairly mild / standard asthma since a child. I'm quite healthy, fine with exercise and have a good peak flow, but over the last few years since reaching my 30s, I've started
