Nighttime cough with well controlled athsma.
Hi my athsma is usually very well controlled. I have been using Duoresp as a preventer for just over 2 years and have seldom had to use my inhaler. In the last couple of weeks I have developed a dry cough, mainly at night and I cough until I nearly vomit. I have tried drinking water and am already taking

Uncontrolled asthma?
I wanted to get feedback from the injection med dupixent. Has anyone gotten good results. My pulumonary doctor wants me to give it a try. It seems there has been good results in helping control asthma. I am not sure if my insurance is going to cover it and if it will be afforable to me😑 My cardiologist

Two years ago I went for a scan as I have no thyroid gland. During the second op the doctor left roots of thyroid gland. I was told it's mormol but not for me. That root is now growing. My thyroid tablets was making me feel sick. So the spoke to 3 thyroid doctors at the hospital who told me there

Seretide Accuhaler versus normal puffer inhaler
Hi Am not well at moment and doctor has changed my seretide 250 inhaler - 2 puffs twice a day - to seretide 500 accuhaler - 1 puff twice a day without saying why. Spoken to asthma uk nurse and she wanted to know why as, I think she said, the accuhaler is a powder dispersal and different from puffer

Bp pressure
First I had bronchitis about 5 weeks ago. It was still early in pandemic so wasn't much testing. My doctor prescribed a rescue inhaler over the phone. Of course those give u a fast heartbeat and can make u nervous. So of course starting to get anxiety because my bp was thru the roof. So then doctor changed

Possible Asthma/COPD no diagnosis
Hi I am 39 year old asthmatic since a child = but not serious or so I thought! and facing a year long battle with respiratory symptoms though if I think about it I have noticed a deterioration for at least 3 years whilst still smoking - no cigarettes but Cannabis joints with my girlfriend. I gave all

Normal pef tight airways running
I have lowered my steroid inhaler the last 2 weeks and my pef is still the same. But when I run it is harder breathing than before the decrease. I also have hypothyroidism so my question is can I rely on pef to decide dose that is since the pef hasn't decreased I can stay at this dose of steroid inhaler

Disturbed sleeping.
Newly diagnosed with mild Asthma I would like any advice on sleeping as I often wake up during night struggling for breath. My inhaler helps.

Shielding an asthmatic 4 year old?
I'm sorry if this has been asked repeatedly but I'm looking for advice. My little boy has just turned 4 and has been on steroid Inhalers for the passed 2 years due to his asthma (they're reluctant to diagnose this young but his Dad has bad asthma and he had many trips to the hospital). Every time

Ventolin cases - any tips?
Has anyone ever bought a new case for their Ventolin inhaler? If so, where from? Getting fed up of how the sharp edges dig in to my leg when it's in my pocket!

28 years old. Random chest tightness without pain the last couple weeks.
Hey Everyone Just want to start by saying that I've only had one run in with AF back in February but my cardiologist has not officially diagnosed me with AF since he thinks this MAY have been a one and done incident due to an adverse reaction to antihistamines... but only time will tell. Back in February
