wean off synthetic steroid drugs?
I am not sure the body needs the extra
adrenaline
from those products... Has anyone successfully weaned off synthetic drugs like Medrol or prednisone; somehow, I have the impression that is harder to do than to wean off natural hydrocortisone?

My Journey with Thyroid, Need Clever Opinions
. - My symptoms is defiantly is not as bad as before levo. but still wake up in the morning with
adrenaline
like rush then crash before I get from my bed and be fatigued till noon start to feel good and normal at night. - The time o my symptoms correlates very will with normal cortisol rhythm.

Now I can actually feel the health benefits of quitting...just the feeling of not smoking sparks an adrenalin rush.. What

How did you feel before diagnosed?
I do keep flooding my body with more
adrenaline
everytime I have to walk around, the very thing my GP said was causing this. He said I need to try and stop fueling it because
adrenaline
is what's exhausted my body. He said I need rest but also to walk a little throughout the day.

high cortisol and trying to raise ndt
I had the
adrenaline

help with diagnosis!
I have not been feeling great, palpitations, anxiety and shaking, too much adrenalin so asked gp for some tests. I had a low TSH reading of 0.136 (range 0.35 to 4.94) and then again 0.202 the following day. T3l read 2.8 (range 1.7 to 3.71) T4l read 10.6 (range 7.0 to 14.8) I have had 2 x rays of my thyroid

New Shoes! Asics only lasted 10 months?
The description of the Brooks
adrenaline
shoes looks good for the support they provide and they seem more robust than either the Asics or Nike shoes I tried on in the store. The store manager has a pair each of the Nike Structure and Brooks
Adrenaline
for his running so I should be in good company.

Blood tests vs symptoms - am I superhuman (biochemically speaking)? [warning, long]
He did say that some of the physical symptoms can be caused by changes in cortisol and
adrenaline
levels (themselves affected by stress, agreed), but there is no way to check these things. (I did have a cortisol test a couple of years ago, so there is such a thing, I am aware.)

We also analysed the association between the titter of the antiviral antibodies, some neurotransmitters (serotonin, noradrenaline and

really good adrenal (cortex) supplement?
I have read so much about this...some recommend adrenal cortex extract (ACE) products only, to avoid additional
adrenaline
, while others say that, once the adrenal fatigue is severe enough, ACE alone won't be enough, but you will need whole glandulars...
