Vitamin D3
Hi, I am trying to find a good D3 plus K2 to take but I cannot take the Better for You one as this has citric acid and I have to avoid that. I was looking at Purolabs and wonder if anyone has had any experience with their vitamins? I also struggle with big tablets! Thanks in advance.

Hello
Hi, I’m sure a lot of this will have been discussed before on various posts but I haven’t had a chance to have a proper look through the forum yet. I’m 26 and have been on high dose steroids for the last few years. I’ve been on adcal and vit D during that time but not bisphosphonates (despite me asking

Has anyone else been prescribed Colecalciferol VitD3 ?
Here I am, panicking again.😏 Various health issues at the moment and blood test revealed very low Vit D. I have been prescribed high dose (20000u) Dosage 1 capsule twice a week for 7 weeks. I am freaking out at the high.dosage, having read about Vit D toxicity. even though doctor told me it would restore

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
Hello everyone! I hope you don't mind me posting. I normally lurk on the Rheumatoid Arthritis site (NRAS), but am having some overlapping bone issues at present. I was hoping someone might be able to offer me some advice/insight/tips, etc! I'm 52 now, and have had severe Juvenile RA since I was 14.

Positive chat with GP
My doctor rang with the results of my Dexa Scan and I have Osteopenia which he says is post menopausal and age related, and he is happy for me to carry on with Adcal , exercise and diet. He wants another scan in 3 years, so pleased with that. I also mentioned about my psoriasis and swollen toes, and

What Supplements Do You Stop Taking? ICSI IVF
Hi, I'm currently on my second cycle of IVF ICSI. I've been on the medication for 3 days, and have egg collection on 28th July. I am taking Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin D3, And Omega 3. •What supplements if any do I stop taking? •And at what point should I stop taking them? •And when do I restart them again

Rheumatologist consultation since my original post
Today I have, finally, received a copy of a letter from my Rheumatologist, sent to my GP, following my consultation on the 1st July. Under “Diagnosis” she has written; ?Polymyaglia Rheumatica, ?Ploymyalgic Arthritis. So, apparently, the jury is still out! Under “Medication” she has put; 1. Prednisolone

Another Month ........ Another Fracture!🙄
I hope everyone is as well as can be expected? (Vain hope probably, but worth a try)!😉🤞Fingers also crossed for some nice bank holiday sunshine for everyone! (Cloudy here today). I posted in February about how I'd very stupidly fallen down a couple of stairs and suffered a periprosthetic femur fracture

I also take 2 x
Adcal
