Suspected TBI
Hi, I'm new here and don't know really what I'm looking for but maybe just some advice or guidance....my dad had a heart attack back in August. He was in the gym ironically and fell to the ground. His head hit a solid concrete floor. They rushed him to hospital and he was straight into a heart ward.

Angina
I had 1 stent fitted in 2021 following a mild heart attack. In June last year I had chest pain, went to A&E and after tests was told angina and had I been using my Gtn spray? I hadn't as had not felt the need other than this 1 episode. Since then I had pain once again, overnight, at rest, used the gtn

Sudden single sharp breath intake
I have recently developed a new symptom 1 1/2 year after an aortic valve replacement and a stent. I am having random sharp intake of a single breath several times a day. I otherwise feel totally normal and my breathing is fine. Any ideas what might cause this?

leg pain
had stent fitted nearly 3 weeks ago , I’m sometimes getting woken at night with ache in my left leg . Wonder if it’s vascular issue with leg getting enough oxygen , or could it be my Statin . Just been switched from pravastatin to rosuvastatin

Please forgive me if I am totally wrong as I have had zero sleep for two nights now. I was put on Pramipexole (i think that is what it is called) but when I needed to increase the dose to four a night I was unable to sleep due to insomnia, so two days ago I started taking Ropinirole which feels like

High Calcium score
Hello, I was diagnosed with unstable angina last April, and had CT Angiogram and Calcium score scan. Results came back that I had severe blockages in 3 arteries and a Calcium score of 525 which put me in the highest percentile for a 69 year old woman. I had my angiogram and angioplasty in Sepember. Shoulder / neck
Hi, I had a stent fitted to my 99% blocked LAD in December 2023. The issue first came to light with left shoulder pain and discomfort, which I'm still experiencing. I'm booked in to see my GP on Friday morning and they're doing an ECG, which showed no abnormalities prior to my stent. Any advice please

Pramipexole RLS symptoms worse
Just started taking Pramipexole for RLS for the first night. Wow, didn’t know the symptoms would become totally overwhelming all over body too.is this normal, does it settle down? I have Fibromyalgia, which means I also take Duloxetine for the pain and am medication sensitive, but never thought it would

swelling lower limbs
Hello, I had a coronary stent fitted in October 2023. My 3rd in16 years. I have recovered well after each episode and returned to an active life. I have started a couch to 5K and managed a 5K in 30 minutes after a month of exercise. So I am really pleased. However recently I have noticed my calves, ankles

Raynauds
Dr diagnosed me in 1994 with Raynauds said it’s usually a prelude to later disease like, arthritis or scleroderma I have both now. Along with numerous other diseases. Had open heart surgery in 2005. Stent put in aorta in 2010. And pretty sure my next visit to vascular surgeon in March for my PAD in legs

Stopping clopidogrel safely—abruptly or gradual cessation?
I’ve been on clopidogrel (Plavix) for one year after a drug eluting stent was placed in my significantly blocked LAD (aka widow maker artery) 2/23. I’m wondering if the following is true or not, and what your experience has been with stopping clopidogrel safely—abruptly or gradual cessation? Because
