My Fibro specialist appointment - gut health
He is going to recommend my GP to refer me for TMS for anxiety and migraine (I had never heard of it before),
acupuncture
and nutrition advice and codeine and ibuprofen for pain relief as needed. He said NHS may or may not pay for some of these.

tortuous world of pain
I also started getting
acupuncture
two weeks ago. The
acupuncture
seems to be easing the leg off a bit to bearable, so maybe people out there that haven’t tried it yet, give it a go, it might work for you. I made a decision to try natural path for a month and see what happens.

The Story Continues
I am also trying
acupuncture
(mixed results) and I have a hypnotherapy session booked for next week. As ever, any suggestions would be gratefully received. Many thanks in anticipation.

Hormone concerns prior to ICSI
Having
acupuncture
. It's because of this that I feel I need more medical help to support my hormonal help but it's very hard to get the doctors particularly on NHS to adjust their standard protocol.

Difficult transfer procedure
I did go for a session of
acupuncture
after. And then, collecting medications they had written the wrong date on the prescription so I had to do more walking to get another one. I felt sore and had light cramps, I just wanted to get to bed!

Nurse predicts ablation failure
Almost 4 weeks ago, I had an episode of atrial flutter tachycardia at the very end of the three-month post-ablation blanking period. It was mild and I didn’t experience the typical awful fatigue and brain fog. I felt okay. My HR was steadily 24/7 104bpm for two days, then 115bpm for four days until I

IUD expulsion....twice!
Hey, so I was recently diagnosed with Endometriosis after many, many years of being told it's just a heavy period, you'll just have to get on with it - thank you male doctors. So now I have a diagnosis and my GP recommended the coil as a first plan of action. After insertion my coil came out after 3

agus nerve stimulation
Has anyone tried Accupuncture to stimulate the vagus nerve? I read about a double blind study that accupuncture seems to have a positive effect. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I can’t tell when I have an episode of AF so have to rely on my Apple Watch to check what is happening. Has anyone had

Leg Pain
Hello...I am wondering if any of you have experienced not just the restlessness of RLS but pain? I have been diagnosed with RLS -my mother had it- but my calves/shins ache and throb at night. I wonder if it even is RLS or something else that I should have doctors look into. Gabapentin made the pain

Should we do a DNA fragmentation and semen microbiome test if above average normal sperm parameters?
Has anyone found DNA fragment station and/or semen mictobiome trstingbto flag anything when semen analysis was ok? My husband last had a semen analysis at the end of 2022, the results were reported as outstanding and above average, as was so when we had a test done in 2019 prior to starting IVF. My

Cancelled cycle- Should I delay IVF so I can have acupuncture?
We were planning on going again asap in my April cycle, but should I delay so that I can have the 3 months of
acupuncture
(as recommended by acupuncturists at least!)? Or will 6 weeks of it help? I’ll be 43 in October so aware that the evil clock is ticking.
