When to be concerned?
I have been thinking of having
acupuncture
/reflexology to see if this "wakes me up". Has anyone ever experienced anything similar? I know we wont qualify for any help. I would be grateful for your comments. Crystal xxx

Intense Back of Head Pressure with presyncopy feeling 24/7
I did 14 sessions of
acupuncture
and cupping to see if it would help and maybe after 6th treatment is when I started getting the jaw tightness and the electric shocks in face and the pulsatile tinnitus.

Crazy few days
I also had
acupuncture
last night to work alongside my IVF. Then today I've had my flu jab and a Scratch, safe to say I'm feeling a little sore and pretty exhausted... thank god its half term and I can rest.

Hi all.
I paid privately for
acupuncture
which in the first few months seemed to help. But after several months I found my self slipping backwards. Eventually I ended up in a far worse state than ever before and went back to the doctors. I gave in and went on the sertraline.

Don't just accept what the doctor says
Years ago I was told I have asthma, though it made no sense to me that it suddenly came out of the blue for no reason, no allergies, a woman aged 60, breathlessness, coughing, never smoked and all the usual stuff, then bronchietis, sorry about my spelling! I was in and out of hospital every few weeks

Relationship anxiety - How do I heal? (turned into a rant)
Meditation, yoga, mindfulness, eating healthy, exercising, therapy,
acupuncture
(expensive..), and my last resort was medication. He was considerate to my situation that I couldn't hide from him since we lived together...

Acupuncture
I’d like to give
acupuncture
a try having never done it before. When is the best time to do this? I’ve heard around transfer time but does this mean on the same day? Or a few days before and/or after?

Thin womb lining and light periods
Hi everyone, I’m looking for a bit of advice really. I’ve been trying for a baby for 15 months and a lap and dye 7 months ago showed stage 1 endo on uterosacral ligament and POD. Since then I’ve had no luck getting pregnant. Before op i had transvaginal scan which showed thin womb lining and had light

Acupuncture for Bell's palsy?
Have had the steroids and eye care advice, but now worried that
acupuncture
I had yesterday was too vigorous ( she did very firm massage too), and may have caused more damage. Also, my GP clearly knows nothing about the condition and actually laughed when I asked about facial therapy.

I’m at my wits end
I’ve done speech therapy, I tried
acupuncture
, I tried 4 different anti-depressants none of which worked as even my therapist agrees I’m only depressed due to the symptoms. I’ve been gaslit by doctors so many times despite my medical history. Once they see FND that’s all they see.

Ive been having
acupuncture
for a month which has helped a little but you cant have it when on your period which is obviously when its worse. So ive had a couple of days of not being too bad and now my hormones are changing for ovulation so here we go again. Currently sat with my heat pad.

Tips for pain relief with endo - let down by consultant and having to go it alone.
I have also started to pay for
acupuncture
to try and help with the pain as I have read that this can be good, however the financial costing makes this treatment unsustainable.

The never ending cycle of Health Anxiety
The never ending cycle of Anxiety First of all let me say I’m so relieved to have somewhere to express my anxiety. Though I have such a loving and understanding support system I feel like such an annoyance at times. I know my thoughts are often times incredibly irrational and yet I can’t help but get
