Morning all I went to my very first
acupuncture
treatment yesterday and came out feeling a lot more relaxed. I'm not sure if it's me just over thinking it but I feel whatever it is that's been done it's really relaxed my body.

Teen endometriosis
Hello, I have just joined the group. My daughter is 15 and since the beginning of her periods 2 years ago, she has been suffering from very bad abdominal pain and erratic periods. Her pain is so bad that I’ve taken her to A&E on several occasions. It seems worse as the day progresses and also when sat

Does acupuncture works on ITP?
At the same time I have started
acupuncture
. Has anyone have tried before? Is it going to help to stabilise the platelets or make my immune system stronger and healthier?

Accupuncture and IBS C
Hi, has anyone found that accupuncture (or any other alternative practices such as reflexology) has helped with their IBS C?

Everything possible thrown at this transfer - PG tested embryos, increased progesterone, steroids and intralipids, clexane and aspirin, ERA, probiotics,
acupuncture
etc etc I know I can’t give up but equally I don’t know how to keep going.

Hello all Haven't posted for a while as generally, things OK ish. Had a few ups and downs with the HRT but seems to be good at the moment and overall a benefit to my various UIA related issues. By no means a cure. Still on hydroxyc. which is still keeping the Raynaud's at bay and I do feel fewer flare

Lions mane mushroom powder, how safe for bleeding retina
Lions mane mushroom powder My trusted acupuncturist of 25 years suggested I try Lions Mane mushroom powder for protection from bacteria, and for nerve growth. I’ve had a bleeding retina for 3 years (34 injections), eyesight has become stable, but the swelling is persistent. I’m always careful to not

Thank you
The suggestions on books, recommendations of
acupuncture
, diet etc have been so helpful, and I truly believe had we both not made fundamental changes to our lifestyles and introduction of supplements that we would not have received that miracle pregnancy test at Christmas.
