First time Ruxolitinib and what to make note of, from Vietnam - a case of interest/study
Yet I think I read through a case of using
acupuncture
to relieve the pain here in MPN group. As for blood clot prevention, has anyone here use Natto?

Tinnitus spiking after car journey
I have seen GP (quite helpful), ENT consultant (pretty useless) MRI scan (all OK except quite high amounts of mucous in antra), started
acupuncture
(too early to tell if it helps), mindfulness (again too early to see if it helps although could be promising).

Recovering from gerd
There's a wealth of information and studies to support the brain/gut connection and once I began to address my anxiety (meditation, breathing exercises and
acupuncture
as well as reducing the high intensity exercise I was doing and incorporating more yoga and pilates based exercise) my symptoms massively

Burning pain to side of scapular post several breast ops - anyone have this too?
I have a lot of lumps and spasmed areas anyway, all over my body due to connective tissue disease, sjogrens, inflammatory arthritis etc, so am having a lot of massage and
acupuncture
but this really isn't helping, neither has increase in codeine, on top of my usual paracetamol and pregabalin.

Time to grieve? 3rd neg after blastocyst transfer
I’m already onto adjusting up my supplements in line with ‘it starts with the egg’ for frozen transfers, restarting
acupuncture
as I had stopped, self-care and counselling. Weighing up how long does the body need to grieve (how long is a piece of string) to go again? What’s everyones thoughts?

Welcome to the fear of night time club
Im a long time sufferer of this terrible RLS. To be quite honest, its worse than breast cancer, which i am in remission. RSL i ask myself is it ever going to stop!!Day & night in my legs and arms, it has completely ruined my life, in so many ways. The specialists, both NHS and Private cannot cure it.

Sciatica and Acupuncture
Following on from my post about having severe sciatica, has anyone tried
acupuncture
for relief from it, I'm always dubious about
acupuncture
, I worry about them putting a needle in the wrong place, lol, I know probably stupid, I also wonder how you find one you can trust to be experienced enough.

Any fertility accupuncture recommendations in London please
We are going to embark on a round of mild IVF and I'd like to get some fertility accupuncture before and or during treatment. I've never tried accupuncture before. Any recommendations for Central London or somewhere in south east London would be great. Thank you

Acupuncture
may help reduce symptoms of restless leg syndrome, so you could suggest your wife try this with a qualified practitioner. 3. Compression socks: Compression socks can help improve circulation and reduce leg discomfort, so your wife may find these helpful to wear. 4.

Chronic pain post navicular fracture surgery
I am a big advocate of more holistic therapies so have
acupuncture
and massage in addition to the medication, these provide some relief but normally capped to 24-48 hours. Any help / advice / similar experiences much appreciated, thanks!
