Acidophilus
Since around 2008 I have been suffering with more work stress and didn't know what to do, I took
Acidophilus
back then and they didn't seem to do anything then I read a post on here and the person said that they took them throughout the day at mealtimes.

Probiotic Update - High Dose Acidophilus Capsules
Then on an IBS associated online forum, entirely unconnected with AF, came a recommendation from someone who had found complete relief with
acidophilus
capsules.

Probiotics have done it for me - Part II
From 2009 when I was first diagnosed with AF until the day I started taking
acidophilus
I had been having increasingly frequent episodes, in the end, sometimes two or three a day and I was sure that I was on my way to permanent AF.

Probiotics have done it for me.....
Acidophilus
capsules flood your gut with billions of ‘good bacteria’. It does this with a massively increased dose compared to certain branded yogurts and, of course, without the calorie intake.

Can anyone suggest anything I haven't tried?
I've been taking
acidophilus
and aloe vera tablets but they don't seem to have helped and lately I feel as though I'm living on solpadine and ibuprofen to get me through the day! I've even applied for personal independence payments as my ibs is having such an impact on my life.

Acidophilus
I am not saying that taking
acidophilus
will have the same effect on everyone else but it might be worth a try if you are as desperate as I was. S x

My experience with Colchisine
The drug itself had initially minor side affects affecting the digestion system ,after a month it was starting to annoy a bit, but started taking
acidophilus
and even that single side affect is now gone.
