Ursodiol is working :)
Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with PBC back in May after years of trying to figure out what was wrong. I started on Ursodiol right away and yesterday, I got my bloodwork results back after 3 months of being on it. My liver numbers went from off the charts to practically normal again. The Ursodiol is working

Prednisolone/Vitamin D3 timing
I’ve been suffering symptoms of PMR since June 2020 and started treatment in October 2020. Started on 15mg Pred and now down to 11mg - reducing by 1mg every 6 weeks. So far so good! Following original advice from GP I take all medication at 8am with breakfast - this includes Pred, Vitamin D3, Omeprazole

DEXA Scan Results
Hi I had a Spine T-score of -3.7 on the DEXA scale and have been taking Alendronic Acid on and off for a couple of years, but it causes stomach problems which seem to stop when I'm not taking it. I'm thinking of stopping again but am worried my bone density will get worse if I do, does anyone else have

Does anyone have advice pls?
I have severe endo which I have been managing best I can with pain killers and by taking the pill to try and get my periods under control. It’s not been perfect but it’s manageable . I was offered a hysterectomy but because of bowel involvement they couldn’t guarantee that I wouldn’t get long term damage

Anyone else had intolerance to fillers in Levothyroxine tablets?
This I did about 2 weeks ago and still feel awful with so many symptoms - fatigue, painful hands, nausea, chest pain,
acid
reflux
, bad sleep, brain fog, dizziness etc with some days worse than others. They have asked their patients to 'bare with them' (!)

A Few More Weeks
I’m struggling with the side effects of Alendronic Acid, the hardest to cope with is the tiredness it’s overwhelming. I take my tablet on a Wednesday ( I’ve just taken my 4th) and I just sleep. I spoke to my GP the previous two weeks, shortness of breath - given steroids and then stomach pain. Today

Numb side of throat
I lie on my right side which is the numb side, so I thought it might be
acid

related, but it looks healthy. Does anyone else have this problem?

Proteolytic Enzymes... Has anyone had any success with them?
I already take Curcumin and Vit K2 on top of ADCAL supplements and wondered if anyone has used Proteolytic Enzymes. Are they worth the money? I am currently on 7.5mg Steriods and taking Alendronic acid too.

Can anyone advise? Onset of PMR was September 2016 and I began prednisolone in January 2017 after a long delay in diagnosis being confirmed. DEXA in August 2020 confirmed osteopenia and I began Alendronic Acid in October. Just in the last couple of weeks or so, I've started to feel a discomfort in

Help - Supplement advice
Hi lovely people - wanted to check my current list of supplements with you to see if I'm missing any major ones, before I go into my 2nd ivf cycle. I don't want to overload on a million pills, just wanting a good broad supplement supply. Also could some PM me what coq10/ubiquinol they would recommend
