My ENT has Poisoned Me! 🤢
I can't believe it, things were going so well with the running. Then I had my "MonstrousRun" where cramp turned me into a stumbling monster. Then last Monday, after hydrating well, warming up properly etc I set out on Week 4 Run 1 with Sam, full of positivity, and was nearly crippled with cramp and painful

The only thing I supplement is vitamin D3 which is prescribed to me at 20mcg. Current symptoms - difficult

Vitamin d3 and k2 ratio
Hi, Feeling a bit overwhelmed buying supplements. Was just wondering if anyone knew how much k2 you should take in relation with how much d3 you're taking. My level was 20 (>25) I've been on 20,000 d3 twice a week for 4 weeks and have another 3 weeks left before I'm assuming my gp will tell me to buy

I'm new here, but not new to PMR
It's encouraging to me to hear how you all are coping with PMR. My 1st bout with PMR was 13 years ago, I was in my mid 50's. Pretty much text book case....on steroids for two years. This time starting, 15 months ago and starting taking prednisone since April last year. Taking the usual, AA and Adcal-D3

Vitamin D3 deficiency
I've just had Dr on phone telling me I am Vitamin D deficient. He said my levels were under the NHS lab of 30 (which he says is their range for deficient) and they didn't even register. He is prescribing me 3200 D3, which after reading posts on here, I feel is not enough. I asked him if I should take
