☃️ No run today, as I woke up to a white, snowy and icy world. Boys went out for a walk and I went for a glorious morning of rowing (yup, started again, yesterday and I am doing the English Channel 🚣🏼‍♂️💻) and then a lovely flexibility yoga workout with Adriene! Beautiful!

Yoga with Adriene (16 min) Flexibility

🗓 It popped up on my phone yesterday, as it was scheduled in Adriene’s monthly calendar, so it was perfect to try out on my new Yoga Mat!

🧘🏽 20 minutes of gentle stretches, from head, arms to body; back, booty to legs. Just a perfect lovingly gentle routine, first sitting than lying, one that should never exert or extend you too much and is probably always spot on when you are searching for a little mindful 17 minutes of Yoga and needing a bit of flexibility work.

I certainly have saved it in my playlist to come back to.

Thanks for the recommendation, I've saved your post for when I'm in need 😉 I've just finished an I. 5 hr yoga session, ending with a breathing practice so I'm feeling so relaxed ☺️I'm a bit jealous of your snow though

Yes, I still have to my work up the longer ones. 10 - 20 minutes is my average at the moment! Happy Yoga-ing!

I can only fit indoor stuff in once Mr Lottie goes to bed...so short workouts only!!!

Yeah, me too at the mo! I think I couldn’t cope with workouts beyond 30min, although the Classic NHS Str & Flex with Laura are ca 40. And they are quite doable. Can’t wait to do these outside again ..... mmmhhh .....

I’m thinking Yoga with Adriene needs to be my 2021 resolution.

Rowing never will be 😂 but you enjoy it 👍

Me too. But I need to fit everything in. But I think TWA yoga always is good, no matter what exercise one has already accomplished on the day!
