Just thought I’d post the above link for a sleep hypnosis on YouTube that has really helped me over the past 3 months. You need to listen to it on in ear headphones last thing at night whilst in bed. It takes 30 minutes each night and the positive effect builds up over time but for me has been worth it!
In case the above link doesn’t work just google “sleep hypnosis for insomnia Michael Sealey YouTube” and the session that appears lasting 30:46 minutes is the one to listen too.
If it doesn’t work first day please don’t give up as the effects built up with use for me.

Thanks Stuart, I also found the audios on YouTube but I found that Sara Raymond on the Mindfulness Movement section had a voice that was far more restful for me. If anyone goes to these (just search for sleep hypnosis) you will find a huge selection. I need the ones that run for an hour as the shorter ones still see me awake. They also have to be a spoken audio as I find the music ones have a binging sound which I find annoyingly disturbing. Set up the one you have chosen before you go to bed and hide the “blue light” from the source whilst playing. Hope you all find these helpful.
