UK NHS to Provide Pelvic Health Service for Women

The UK NHS realizes that many women, as a result of childbirth, suffer from urinary or bowel incontinence (and sometimes both) as a result of childbirth - especially a traumatic childbirth. To help prevent thousands of women trying to live with incontinence as a result of giving birth, they are creating a new and very comprehensive program. You can read about it at this link:

This is the kind of program I wish was in place in each country, and as I live in the USA, I wish we had something like this. I am afraid we don't have anything like this. :-(

I wanted to share this as this is such good news for women of child-bearing age in the UK. You will be helped before and after the birth in multiple ways. Thumbs up to the UK!
