I take penicillin & folic acid daily, I also keep Analgesic's with me at all times, I haven't been admitted to hospital for many years but if I run out of tablets before pay day i occasionally have to go without.

Yes - because I'm working I have to pay for all of my medication. As I'm also on regular folic acid, erythromicin and analgesias I get a 3 month prepayment certificate and my doctors prescribes me all of my yearly meds in two stages. Works out a lot cheaper and I don;t have to subscribe for a whole year.

It's great that I have a great relationshio with my doctors.

If you have a local unit surely they should help you with analgesia as a day patient. maybe investigate that option.
