Does anyone know exactly how long Lynparza stays in your system? I stopped it after 2 years this past December and I still have muscle, bone and joint pain. I feel exactly the same

Sorry I dont have any information but I'd also be interested to know the answer to your question. I stopped olaparib at the end of December after two years too.

Aches and pains are a bit better for me. Hope yours start to settle very soon.

I stopped in October and I think it's getting a little better. Also waiting for my hair to get thicker. I was also hoping for a more drastic change but at least I can eat grapefruit.

Christin,I don’t know exactly what your experience has been but I have been on Lynparza since October, every month my CA 125 continues to rise or quadruple..... Extreme pain in my knees and hips and back never had this before!!!!!! My CT scan says it is clear but my CA 125 is in the 300s this drug is not working on me I can’t wait to get off!!!!! I pray for us that this pain stops for us Soon,

Yes I have pain in my back, hips, thighs and scary my pelvic area. I had this thru chemo and my 2 years on lynparza. My 125 always stayed between 6 & 7 and December it was 9.1. Not a great increase but it’s still scary specially since I’m off Lynparza and I have pain. My next scan and labs are in March. Until then I’m just trying to be positive. It’s all we can do right ?

Had my CT scan they said it looked great... but as I said before CA 125 was quadrupling in the 300s, The doctor then said to take six Lynparza a dayTold him I wanted a PET scan which showed lymph node in my bowel we’ll see them soon.. Maybe doubling up on Lynparza Will lower my numbers.. I doubt it. Probably will have to start chemo again, which I’ve already had 50!
