It is very good to know that there are a number of new treatments for those with triple-negative, and HER2+ cancers as well as those with specific gene mutations. Thank you for this overview.

Given that the majority of us have ER+, HER2- cancers (at least initially), I wish there were studies on a number of relevant factors regarding our treatment, such as (a) the minimum dosages of hormonal drugs required for each age grouping - perhaps, by decades, (b) the relevance of our MFIs (metastatic-free intervals) for effective treatment, (c) the impact of heart conditions (or other major problems) on treatment paradigms, (d) et cetera, et cetera.
