Hey I see no one has responded yet. I have what my doc calls “grade 1” HFS on one foot they just tell me to moisturize I guess it’s not that bad. Please let me know how this goes for you.
I struggle here in Arizona because it is so hot and the heat seems to aggravate my feet even more. I have to wear shoes and walk construction sites this summer so I am dreading it.
