Does anyone else get bubbling poping sensation at top of chest when half sitting

I have reflux and have symptoms ( slight pain in upper chest and nausea) occasionally when I lie flat. My symptoms get better with tums and prilosec. I think you need to contact your Doctor because of your lung mets.

I spoke to onc told him temp is normal, oxygen is good, doesnt make me breathless just really annoying, but as it doesnt last long and had it before and had good scans since he says not to worry dont have any pain either and can exercise ok without getting breathless

I have liver mets and have experienced this sensation in my liver.

If your sensations are under your skin it could be trapped air called subcutaneous emphysema - have your doctor check it out.
