It has been a while since I have posted, but I have been keeping up with the posts here.
Thank you Lord! 11 months on Fulvestrant and Ibrance and my scan reveals original tumors in my spine and lungs are stable AND NO new tumors. Last September a scan showed slight activity in my T4 and T3 spine Mets so my Oncologist started me on Fulvestrant , as the Letrozole and Ibrance combo seemed to have stopped working.
She gave me the choice of staying on the Ibrance 75 mg. I chose to stay on the Ibrance with the Fulvestrant. I am thrilled the combo is still working.
I’m so thankful for these posts. It shows how these treatments results are different for each of us and how life does go on after being diagnosed with this dreaded disease.
I’ve liked reading how many of you are traveling and enjoying your summer.
I’m praying for each of us as we battle and am looking forward to better treatments and a CURE.

Debbie, we are fortunate to have these meds that weren’t available just a few years ago. It seems the longer these meds are in use by us the more encouraging the outcome! I am so glad you are doing well!
Thank you so much for your post. My oncologist has suggested that i start on this combo as well, after finding a spot on my spine. Thankfully the breast area and lymphnodes are somewhat stablized. But this will be my third combo in 2 years... so makes me nervous. Your post helped me!!!
