Tenderness a year after radiotherapy

I had five days radiotherapy last year after removal of cancer in the breast. No issues until the last few months when the nerve endings on the breast have been very sensitive to touch, and tonight I noticed that there is a dimple appeared on the breast with what looks like a bruise around it. Has this happened to anyone else?

i would really recommend that you make an appointment to see your medical provider. Dimpling can be a red flag.

Best to give your breast care or radiotherapy team a call. It could possibly be a haematoma but I would definitely want to get their advice.
