Tamoxifen symptoms

I’ve been in Tamoxifen for almost a year now and Lupron injections. Have any others experienced a bloated pelvic area? It’s just bizarre.

I've been on Tamoxifen since October and also co-facilitate SHARE's AI & Tamoxifen support group, which is meeting in NYC this Thursday 4/19 at 6 pm. (If you're not local and want to join us, let me know, you can phone in.) Unfortunately AIs and Tamoxifen can sometimes cause bloating.Since T can sometimes cause uterine abnormalities, your doctor is probably giving you pelvic sonograms every 6 months to make sure everything's normal. Pelvic bloating is one of T's side effects but just to make sure everything's okay, I would mention this to your doctor. Especially if you're not getting regular sonograms.

I've been on Tamoxifen for about eight years but I have experienced no bloating. It's probably nothing to worry about, but I'd mention it to your doctor if I were you.
